The Legends of the Forest hotel opened recently, and construction is still ongoing on the premises. But it is already a very cozy place with a stunning homely atmosphere. There is a man-made pond, an apiary, a vegetable garden, a small farm with friendly, completely socialized animals. Very tasty cuisine (breakfasts are included in the price of accommodation, for lunch we took minestrone soup with rabbit and shrimp), large cozy rooms, entertainment - from ATVs and kayaks to a range of board games. And it is not far from the city, which is convenient for both locals and visitors - you can go on excursions and to museums. There is a bathhouse. The barbecue area next to the hotel is not equipped, but you can come with a disposable barbecue or rent everything you need. The only downside is that the room has a very small refrigerator, but we came for a couple of days and did not have much food with us.

Excellent location of the hotel, cozy quiet place, easy to get to. The staff is friendly, ready to discuss any nuances of accommodation and the wishes of guests are taken into account, which is very important. Excellent cook, as well as the dishes he prepares. There are entertainments such as: Horseback riding, excursions in the eco-park, kayaking, ATV riding, in general, much more. Come you will not regret, I give 5 stars !!

A wonderful hotel in the wilderness 🏕 we have been staying for a week several times already. It is a beautiful log house with a lawn, a fireplace inside. Good quality furniture in the rooms, a huge TV in the restaurant and pleasant service. The hotel is constantly growing and developing, each time they become better and better! 🚙 The road to the hotel from Moscow. Long. Broken. Even a beginner can easily get there by car. 🏠Territory: the first impression when you drive in: where did I end up!? Dirt, vegetable gardens, an unpleasant smell. Cars also need to be parked in the dirt. But on the other side there is a neat lawn, a pond and a view of the forest. Birds sing, frogs croak, ducks fly in, beavers live, and they say that moose come. The lawn / terrace is missing ottomans / sun loungers. We were told that outdoor furniture will be installed soon. 🚪 Room. We had a wonderful one, with its own veranda and separate entrance. Modern, tasteful. Touch flush on the toilet, heated floors in the bathroom. Smart TV with a set-top box, we connected our laptop via HDMI. Neighbors lived behind the wall for 1 night - you can hear them well. There is no air conditioning in the room (as well as in the restaurant). Next week (from May 18, 2021) they are reporting +30 ... Entertainment: 🚜ATVs! They are electric. A very unusual feeling: they accelerate quickly and quietly. I recommend going with Vanya: It turns out to be an amazing excursion with a visit to a German cemetery and picturesque places on the Volga and extreme sports to your taste (quiet paths or swamps full of water). 1000₽ / 20 min. Took an hour. 🐰There is its own farm for which they charge 300 rubles per person. So I paid 38,000₽ for the room (for a week) and still have to pay 600 rubles to look at the rabbits (+100₽ to feed them). It seems a bit strange, 🤷‍♂️ in my opinion. 🏚There is also a sauna for 5,000₽. We didn’t visit. But the reviews are good. 🐶Pet's friendly! One of the very few hotels that allows you to stay with your pets for free without any problems. You just leave a 5,000₽ deposit and pay 500₽ for cleaning the room. 👨‍🍳Staff. Everyone is very open and friendly. Arabel is in the restaurant for a very short time. His work is well organized. His assistants cook. Inna is the most attentive and nimble administrator! Thank you very much for your customer focus! 🥩 Kitchen. The dishes look good. Beautiful presentation. The limited menu gets boring over the course of a week. The pike perch from the menu for the week never showed up, nor did the announced rabbit. The restaurant has its own specifics: you need to order dishes well in advance for lunch and dinner. I thought that they brought fresh meat or caught fish especially for you, until I asked for chicken. It turned out that they defrost it, so it takes at least 1.5 hours to serve it. Of the dishes, I recommend red fish and chicken (the best combination of price and quality). 🧭The hotel is conveniently located: from Uglich (10 minutes) and Myshkin (30 minutes). Cities with very beautiful embankments along the Volga. Be sure to visit. There are several normal restaurants in Uglich. 💵 Pricing. Very strange. We stayed for a week: I asked for a discount when booking, because I book directly, and not through services for a long time. They artificially lowered the price from 16,000₽ (from May 10 to 11) to 6,000₽ - this is the regular price list price. They did not give a discount for Friday (8,000₽/night). But on Saturday (from May 15 to 16) there was a -30% discount on Booking. We stayed another night). + I have 15% cashback from Booking. Couldn't they have given me a 10% discount? Conclusion: book only through Booking.

It is not necessary to stay in the city in the usual hotels, but you can go not far from Uglich to the eco-park "Legends of the Forest" Here there is nature, contact animals, a boat on the pond, ATV rides and a forest gym ... and you can also go to an online apiary and take a photo with Alla Pugacheva's hive. And if you want an emotional release? Here, try to argue with a turkey The guys have a lot of plans. They planted 300 oak trees, opened a fashionable direction on the territory - glamping, brought more animals to the territory.

The room for 7000₽ is ok. "Bobra's Hut". It's big, the bathroom is very good. There's also a 200 sq.m. piece in front of the building. And the dug pond is also beautiful. The bathhouse is 1 km away on foot along a dusty road and forest. Dinner is ok. The price is a bit high. I won't go again.
