Completely renovated modern hotel with parking, and the postojna caves are in walking distance. Its a perfect place to stay especially with kids, so that the kids can take breaks between visiting the caves and other attractions in the area. I highly recommend taking a hotel room with the attraction tickets included, otherwise you would have to wait for 1.5 hours in the summer to buy the cave tickets...

Employees are very nice, they are always very helpful for all the information you need. Specially this guy on the reception desk Dimitrije. He's a great guy!

We had a perfect stay at Hotel Jama. It's the best way to see all the Postojna attractions without feeling rushed. A newly renovated interior and superb staff made this Hotel one of our favourites yet.

Quite decent property in a very quiet neighborhood, which is somewhat industrial. The rooms are big in size, as well as the bathrooms, the staff was amazingly friendly, and it is a short walk (10 minutes) to the center of Postojna. Finding it could be a bit puzzling, as you need to circle the building, but it is easy as you need to look for the big yellow HOTEL letters which are above the entrance...

Looks a bit dodgy from outside, but has very nice interior. Nice big rooms, most of them have quite nice view of the mountains from the windows. Cool dining room. Neighborhood is very quiet, couple of shops nearby.

Breakfast just OK, rooms are clean and comfortable but TV in rooms is so small. The price is overrated for hotel.

Room and towels smelled with some chemicals. Tap in the bathroom was spraying water all around the place. Reception staff was great, in the restaurant - not so much. Breakfast wasn't good.

Great receprion staff just super helpful, friendly and lively especially the fantastic Oussama (lovely guy) and Jasmina so patient and kind. We stayed for two nights and enjoyed our stay. Breakfast is really good and friendly staff. Perfect area and not too noisy but close to the city. Next time we'll stay there again 👍

Amazing place to stay, friendly staff always willing to help wherever they can, nice and quite with a lovely view of the mountains.. Only a 25minute walk from the town or a (approx / no more than €6) taxi journey. Can't recommend this enough!!

Great hotel with well trained and very friendly staff. The location is very conveniant too, one can walk into the city centre (along a very busy road), the alternative is a taxi service (6 euros each way) that can be arranged by the hotel. The room was spacious and rather modern, the bathroom well equipped and comfortable. The parking is ample and the breakfsat was all very good.

A place to stop over for our journey from Croatia to Salzburg, decent breakfast spread but limited space for a room to accommodate 3 adults.

We really enjoyed our stay here. Breakfast was great and hot a lot of tasty options. It was nice being close to the city center but in a nice quiet area. They were very accommodating and there was plenty of parking available.

The rooms are really nice, spacious and clean and the lovely and helpful owner is really adding to the charm of the hotel. The Breakfast buffet was perfect with savoury scrambled eggs on demand. We also recommend to eat in the restaurant attached to the hotel (which cook is the son of the owner) where the food is amazing.

Very nice rooms, large, modern, equipped with a small kitchen. Very friendly host, always available if you need anything. Also, there is a restaurant, parking lot, internet. 30 minutes walk from old town.I highly recommend it.

I see many complains about noise. I have to say that we had none in the 9 nights we stayed at that hotel. Service is great, breakfast is good to get you going, especially for the price. Room was always clean. AC, TV, storage, and very modern bathroom.

This charming and renovated villa is value for money. My room was very spacious and all the surfaces were very clean. Air conditioning was working perfectly and the wifi was fast. Vikas at the reception was very helpful.

For a 3-star hotel they provide great service. The rooms are small, WiFi isn't that good and if you're 6ft tall you'll have a lot of trouble showering. But the staff are very friendly and helpful, they have us bikes to ride, which we had to get to the service station to put air in the tyres. And they got washing done for us very quick. Great hotel, great staff, great service, nice, clean and comfort rooms and great restaurant.

First of all the location is perfect for this kind of arhitecture. Parking is provided by the hotel and totally free of charge (guests only). The staff is super polite. As for the rooms, they are super comfortable. We took a room with a balcony, the huge windows are a must have for this kind of acommodation. Food in the hotel bistro is tasty.

Beautiful, calm with friendly staff. The surroundings, restaurant and the room itself are the best combo for quick relief. Sometimes I found the food smells from adjacent restaurants bothering my peace while enjoying the patio. But wasn’t that bad. Will definitely come again.

It was utterly relaxing experience there. The hotel maintenance on top level, comfortable and cozy rooms, location gives possibilities to walk around and enjoy the view, friendly and helpful personnel, the kitchen is remarkably tasty 😋 and after all this comfortable beds and pillows. It was a wonderful stay in a 400 year old, beautifully renovated boutique hotel. Not only we had a warm welcome, furthermore many details about the hotel and its history will remain in my memory. We stayed in room 701 and my kids said it was by far the best hotel room they have ever stayed in (and wanted to move in permanently). We got an awesome deal on a suite, so that was great! The location is perfect. Everything is within walking distance. The safe was small and not mounted to the wall, so our valuables had to be with us at all times. Breakfast was very basic, but totally okay. The off-site parking has a tricky entrance, but the lot is well lit, super clean, and even has nice music playing.

The most satisfying hotel during our 28-day European tour! The location is very good and convenient, not far from the train station and the old town. The room is spacious and comfortable, using L'Occitane amenities. The breakfast is perfect, you can drink champagne and freshly squeezed juice in the morning! Must give full marks!

The hotel is in a great location and has a great bar. The rooms and hallways are undergoing renovation (which is definitely needed!), but no one told us about it when we booked. That was an unpleasant surprise. The mistakes during check-in were resolved by a nice employee at check-out.
