Everything about the property and staff were fantastic. We experienced a warm welcome and all of needs were catered for. We look forward to returning again in the future.

Nice location by the beach but some issues… Good location by thee beach but a long walk to other things to do. Nice pool and many sun beds. Very bad gym to you must pay for. The dinner was not nice. Lovely warm evening but not possible to sit outside. Food ok, but environment terrible for a dinner. Good parking at good price. Nice ocean view if chosen that category and a good balcony.

Wonderful. Especially the service. Wonderful and incredibly attentive staff. From the cleaners to the receptionists. Magnificent. 👌

Excellent hotel. The rooms were spacious and the beds good. The whole hotel was bright airy and spotlessly clean. The Seaview from our balcony was breathtaking. Hotel staff were courteous, friendly and very hardworking. We would thoroughly recommend the hotel.

Hotel rooms are a little dated now. No tea of coffee available in room and no room service. Small pool was always dirty needs to be cleaned regularly. All staff very pleasant which made my stay very comfortable. Good choice of food for breakfast and dinner. Parking very expensive seeing as though there is free parking across the road.

Room super clean, views of salt lakes, king sized bed. All staff friendly, professional and polite. Enjoyed evening meals in the restaurant, cappuccinos and many cocktails on the Pink café terrace.

Beautiful clean room, received an upgrade from being a Silver perks holder. Pool amazing with Pink café and views of the salt lakes. Enjoyed all my meals in the restaurant along with many cappuccinos and Sangrias! All staff from Reception to the top floor and lovely ladies cleaning rooms very polite, efficient and friendly. Would 100% recommend to everyone wanting to enjoy the Torrevieja area. See...

Lovely hotel, quiet, great pool area, lovely drinks. Nice pleasant staff, breakfast good. Sports bar advertised but no live sport on.

I was given underground parking for 9 nights free in a spacious carpark, extremly friendly staff, when you walk by any hotel staff always greeted with hello or good day, food at the Coucheron restaurant was great in the evening overlooking the pink lake. Lovely spacious room too 5 Star.

The Service was more than GREAT and the Parking was close by and very huge - LOVE IT Line and Michael

It was not clear about breakfast. The hotel is next to interstate and a part of the building is not quite. But it definitely a good hotel and clean

The property is a little dated and my room was very basic, but it was very clean and any requests were dealt with very politely and quickly.

Property needs a re-vamp, but it was clean throughout, the gentleman who booked us in was great, friendly and polite. The room was clean, crisp white bed linen, toilet and shower also very clean, the price we paid for one night was very competitive too. Only one restaurant nearby so that was disappointing.

It was a good stop gap. Only non alcoholic beers available but plenty of bars and restaurants nearby

Ok hotel .. good price .. used as a stopover ... God location for bars and food Not sure about a week.. Morning receptionist was very helpful with good English.

Overall a very good hotel in a lovely area close to the beach. The hotel has been renovated well and to a decent standard. A few money grabs that really should not have been there with a 4 star hotel like charging for pool towels and parking. But can’t fault the team and place overall

Excellent modern hotel Lovely friendly hotel, great swimming pool and comfortable rooms. Reception and restaurant staff very helpful and chatty. Great safe parking at the rear with security barriers. Close to restaurants and the beach and sea.

Pool was plenty big enough but had quite a lot of floating insects, leaves, and the odd cigarette end. Slide wasn't working which we didn't find out until we had paid. Food is okay, nothing to write home about though.

This place has so much potential for being a must visit Spanish venue. Just needs some money spending to upgrade the facilities, some aggressive marketing, imagination and to be fully staffed. Nice pool, nice grounds but looking a little tired. An excellent investment potential.

Amazing pool but very expensive €50 per bed lovely food though

We went to a great charity fund raiser to help Tasha get to the USA. They started at eight thirty and we're still going at two the following morning. Friendly staff, lovely place.

Fab-u-las afternoon in here yesterday . They have a new barman whom is very friendly and welcoming kept us entertained all afternoon . Well done Tony great guy .
