Service was below average, which is disappointing given how isolated the location is - more support from staff is expected in this setting. The environment also lacks a cozy feel. The highlight was definitely the swimming pool.

The rooms are great. The bathroom is an oddity but a fun one, depending on how comfortable you are with your roommate. The pool is great, even if some jets were disabled, the environment is worth the trip. The breakfast was great with decent variety but the restaurant was just ok. My octopus risotto had way too much cheese and was barely uneatable. Full price paid and no solution was offered although...

This hotel is for relaxation purposes but it was on our way to our destination so we only stayed overnight I would have loved to use their services. Fantastic service, fantastic breakfast. We woke up late for our spa appointment so the spa staff (who spoke perfect French) arranged for us to check out half an hour later. Everyone is so helpful and kind especially Leonardo at the reception that is so eager to share the best local spots, definitely worth having a chat with him and Silvie at breakfast who was very good at catering to dietary needs...

An excellent and cozy hotel. Clean rooms and a delicious breakfast. Located near the town of Guarda. Very beautiful grounds.

We enjoyed the surroundings despite the rain. The houses have everything you need for a pleasant stay. Although there are cobwebs on the ceiling, of course, you're in the middle of the countryside, so they're not bothersome. The mattresses are comfortable, at least those in house 7 (you can't feel the springs and they don't sag). Aurelio and Sandra were very friendly and gave us plenty of information...

The place is incredible, a magical spot surrounded by nature, with fantastic views. The houses are beautiful and everything is very clean! Access is excellent as it's paved (don't worry if your car is low to the ground). I'd definitely go back!

Fabulous place. All well appointed chalets. A bit off the beaten track but that's no bad thing! Self catering so shop before you get there. Cafeteria on site, bbq for use of guests, swimming pool. Very quiet. Staff lovely. Some Spanish language is useful.

We have stayed a couple of nights, they are a set of well-preserved houses, the set is very nice, the cleaning very well and the owners very attentive, highly recommended place if you are looking for tranquility

Incredible agrotourism in Hervás. We stayed in December and the stay was perfect. The area is beautiful and they have a wonderful space set up. The nature that surrounds these houses exudes peace and tranquility everywhere. You can also find different animals such as ducks, horses, sheep and a multitude of birds. The house was fine, as soon as we arrived it was warm and ready for us. We did not lack...

Pretty good value. Rooms were clean and nice. Kids enjoyed the pool.

Receptionist at 8PM was able to communicate with me in English and broken Spanish on my end. Room was neat and tidy. It had a balcony which I liked. I found the pillow odd. There’s one long and one regular pillow. Anyway, no big deal. Toilet was sanitized as per the wrap. Note that’s there’s only street parking and it gets full. You may need to park around the corner and walk back. There’s a ramp...

One night stay... Nice hotel in a great location for our journey.. On the edge of a small village with a reasonable selection of bars and restaurants nearby. Overall the hotel was very good, it could do with a lick of paint here and there but the reception and bar areas were very good. Overall we would recommend.

for the price this hotel can be ranked on top of its category of simple hotels. the service was perfect, the room ( we got I believe a renovated one) was fine and super clean. Bathroom clean and the breakfast worth every penny.
