As the name says, at least 3 beaches are reached in less than 7 min walk. To reach the centre of town promenade, you only need to walk about 10 min. Loads of bars, restaurants and entertainment places will help make your holiday interesting and stress free. The apartment is fully equipped and we allow one or two well-behaved pets
The space
Our 3 bedroom, 1 bathroom apartment is very clean and well equipped and is perfect for spending a few days at the beach on a budget. the nearest beach is only 4 min walk from the building. please note, the apartment does not have use of a pool and it is located on the second floor, no lift. also, there is no terrace for eating out but it does have a small balcony overlooking the internal courtyard. street parking is plentiful around the building and it's free.
you will find a washing machine, fridge, microwave and cooking facilities, TV in the living room, and we provide bedsheets and towels. AC in the living room only and ceiling fans or desktop fans in the bedrooms.

the apartment is located in a private residential building, on the second floor, no lift. the guests have the entire apartment all to themselves and everything is provided to feel just like home. we regret but there is no pool and no terrace for dining outside. but we do have a small balcony for a bit of air or to dry your towels or laundry. ice cold AC in the living room. TV with spanish and English channels, fridge, freezer, washing machine, coffees maker, kettle for hot water, microwave... a fully equipped kitchen. Great beds, good quality bed sheets and towels make your stay comfortable. we promise you a spotless apartment to spend your vacation in a stylish modern decor.

This is a superb fully equipped and recently updated 2 bedroom apartment in the sought after Las... Brisas complex.
The apartment is on the ground floor with views of the huge communal pool which is the envy of Puerto De Mazarron. This comes with poolside changing rooms and toilets, there is also a life guard on duty during the high season.
Outside the master bedroom in the small terrace area there are 2 sun loungers for use by the pool. There are 2 beach chairs and umbrella for you to take to the beach.
Inside there are 2 double bedrooms, a fully fitted kitchen along with the Wifi available at cost and a TV linked up for English and Spanish programs. There is also a DVD player and a selection of Dvds for you to use during your stay.
You do not need to carry cumbersome bottles for water as there is a drinking water tap in the kitchen.
For your use there is also a safe available.
There is a free, secure allocated garage space available for the duration of your stay and the building is surrounded by 24/7 manned security cameras.
The property is located only 12 minutes walk to the lovely beaches of Puerto de Mazarron with its many restaurants, bars, shops, indoor market and large open market each Sunday.
The beaches, of which there are several, are cleaned every day and most are serviced by beach bars and cafes which offer either snacks or more exotic meals. Whether you want burgers or paella there is a restaurant to suit your tastes and eating out here is quite inexpensive.
Within a short walk of the apartment there are several restaurants and bars before you even get near the sea front with a variety of Indian, Chinese and Italian to choose from. Within 7 minutes walk there are all the supermarkets, Aldi, Lidl, Consum, Mercadona and now we have the new Tesco overseas shop where you can get all your favourites. Across the road from there is a lovely cafe for breakfast or snacks called The Teapot.

We purchased the apartment off plan in 2004 and had many happy holidays here, in fact we liked the... area so much we bought a house nearby and lived in Spain for 13 years, though we are now back in the Uk. We have undertaken an extensive refurbishment recently and the apartment now boasts a state of the art luxury kitchen with built in fridge freezer, oven and microwave, lots of cupboard space, induction hob with extractor over and granite worktops. The bathroom is state of the art with shower, led lighting and non slip tiles. The living room has new dining table and chairs, two comfy sofas with foot rests, 47” Hd tv incorporating firestick, Uk and Spanish tv channels, Dvd player and cd/radio. In the main bedroom is a new queen size double bed, matching headboard and bedside cabinets, all new from April, the second bedroom too has been completely refurbished with new beds, drawers and cabinets. The main attraction though is still the location, quiet but close to all amenities and with the best view of the Bay of Mazarron in Puerto.
Puerto de Mazarron is a little Spanish jewel, still barely known by holidaymakers from the Uk, though that has been changing over time as the word has spread! The Spanish people love it here but they only come in numbers in July and August, mainly from Madrid, so the rest of the year is busy but not over-busy. Known to ex-pats as “the Port”, Puerto has a fantastic range of beaches, enough cafe bars and restaurants so you can eat somewhere different every night if you wish and lots of activities locally including wind surfing, scuba diving (several schools), jet skis, tennis, rambling, golf etc.
Not too far away are the cities of Cartagena and Murcia with great shopping, water park, zoo, museums and lots of historical sites from the Roman ruins up to the recent past. More...

On the main floor there is a large back terrace with access to the house, bathroom with shower, living-dining room with smart TV 43’ and fully equipped kitchen open to the living room, the whole room is acclimatized with air conditioning. From the living room there is access to the front terrace with sea and mountain views with a large outdoor sofa and area for lunch or dinner enjoying the views and the sea breeze.
Upstairs there is a full bathroom with bathtub, two bedrooms with two single beds and wardrobe each. The single beds can be joined to form a large double bed. And a bedroom with double bed, TV, wardrobe, sideboard and balcony with sea and mountain views. All bedrooms have windows to the outside and are very bright.
The whole upper floor is air-conditioned.
