The location was excellent, the room facilities were very new and clean, and the receptionist was especially helpful, assisting with my luggage in the car. It's a pity I only stayed one night! A very comfortable hotel!

The hotel itself is like a palace, with a lobby and atrium decorated in a unique local style. The decor is relatively new, and the rooms are top-notch in terms of amenities and size. The breakfast is especially plentiful. Located right next to the square, it's adjacent to a bustling commercial street, making dining convenient.

Vehicles cannot reach the hotel entrance; passengers must park their cars and drag their luggage to the hotel. Parking reminders should be issued.

The room they initially assigned was quite far away, but after communication, they quickly changed it and put us in a better room. Overall, it was great, the location was excellent, and nothing was stolen. It's a very nice city. The oxtail was delicious.

I stayed last month and it was a great stay! It is in a convenient location and everything is close and at a short walking distance.
The staff is nice, friendly, attentive and happy to help or answer any questions. Housekeeping does a great job taking care of the rooms and the layout of the hotel is like you walked back in time into a beautiful courtyard but with a modern look.
The room is comfortable and has everything you need. The AC works great and there are blackout curtains which help with the heat or the sunlight. There is coffee and water and for an extra fee there is a buffet breakfast downstairs. The buffet is convenient and it serves the basics.
Overall, it was a pleasant stay and very convenient.
