Hostal Mónaco in Valladolid

We arrived on Friday around 7pm, we left our bags and went to dinner, when we returned, we went to take a shower and we realized that we had no hot water, we called and they told us that it was the city council's problem but they immediately downplayed it when I went to get into bed and both my family and I saw in our beds that the sheets were dirty, with hair from previous guests, that there were some stains and that there were lint from having entered with dirty feet, when we complained they started yelling at us that they were not going to allow their hygiene to be questioned, that they changed the sheets every day and that they had never had any problems, that we were lying, when we threatened to have photos they told me that they would change the sheets but that they would delete the photos ... they changed the sheets for others equally dirty and with hair ... it makes me suspect that the sheets perhaps were not washed as they said ... the next morning despite the fact that they came in to clean ... they did not clean absolutely anything, to top it off they did not They changed the sheets even though they change them every day...a little suspicious...the next day when I returned to the hotel after lunch I went to take a shower and there was hot water, which is also suspicious because at 8pm there was no hot water again...almost as if it was customary to turn off the hot water at night just like turning off the heating...the hygiene of the rooms was lamentable, dirty walls, horribly dirty floor, the inside of the closet was dirty and the shower was moldy.
