Great hotel with free coffees and hot chocolates

Large room with a comfortable bed. The bathroom is also comfortable. Excellent location. The only downside is the access code. It's a bit long.

Got there a little early, and asked to store our luggage until check in time of 2pm but the young man said let me check if your room is ready, which it was, he let us have the room and directed us where to park our car. Fantastic service. We had a lovely room and throughly enjoyed our stay in Cartagena. What a lovely city

Walking distance to everything. excellent room with really good shower and bed. could not fault anything with hotel. Breakfast good continental option. Parking none but you can drop off your bags and park over the bridge for free about 5-10 mins walk.

Great Place had a good two day stopover.

I loved the room. It was large and modern. The bathroom was also very nice and equipped with all the comforts. The location is perfect. The only downside was that you could hear the people upstairs making a racket. But I recommend the hotel.

It was a nice hotel and room especially for 3 stars accommodation. We faced the problem with a door key during our stay but had been given a combination to open the lock, thou not a big problem. The bed is comfy, free coffee and tea are fantastic. There is a microwave downstairs so you can easily warm up your lunch if you are on budget. Walking distance from all sights and a bus station to the nearest beach. There is no beach without the city instead, take it into account. Otherwise it was a pleasant stay for us, thank u😘

Enjoyable city break. The hotel is perfectly located for all the local amenities and sightseeing venues. All staff were friendly and helpful. Rooms are comfortable and clean. The only negative about the room was that there was noise from the street and roads below. The breakfast was great with adequate choice. Hot drinks machine available 24hrs . Excellent value for money.

Cleanliness: We got ourselves a double room and the room was very clean. The room didn’t have any carpet which I personally would have liked.

Location: The hotel is in the centre and easy access to the Cartagena stadium and attractions. Plenty of food places around too. They have their own private parking for additional fee, but we chose to park 10 mins away which was free from the evening to the morning and then you pay €2.50 for three hours use, and then we drove out, which worked in our favour as we only spent €2.50 for parking for one night.

Service: The check in and check out process was quick, easy and smooth

Amenities: There is no kettle in the room. For hot drinks you would need to go downstair to the reception and use the hot drink machine. There are options for coffee, teas, hot chocolate, cappuccino etc, which is included in the price you pay for the room and then u can take it to your room or stay downstair. Also I wasn’t happy with the wifi situation. To access wifi, you click on the hotel wifi and then enter your name and email address and the email address needs to be confirmed in order to be able to use. I personally am not fond of this, as I didn’t have an option to opt out on emails so I didn’t use their wifi. Also the wifi can not be access from every part of the room, my partner spent more time in the bathroom than in the room since that was the only place he could get a very good wifi connection.

Downside: The wifi connection was a struggle to get in the hotel. But other than that the room was nice and spacious.
