An excellent hotel away from the beach front but only 10 minutes by bus from hotel front. Excellent room with large bathroom and walk in shower, large and comfortable bed. Staff excellent, friendly and helpful. Food excellent. Highly recommend this hotel as value for money.

Arrived late at night without a booking. Staff greeted me well and helped me because of my disability to my room. I stayed for a week and the breakfast buffet is great and the food at the sports bar as well. The staff met my every needs, courteous and kind with empathy and care.

We have been visiting the bar at Dna Monse for 12 years now, as we visit the local area several times a year. The staff are amazing and have been over the years. The lady in the mornings (Renata) is so kind and welcoming. She always has a smile on her face and makes the best coffee! We always look forward to seeing her. The hotel in general was good but I would suggest the following areas for improvement. Ban smoking in the outside areas unless they are designated for smoking. The gym is too hot for serious use. Proactively remind customers in the bar to moderate their noise levels when others are sleeping after 10pm.

Everything about the property and staff were fantastic. We experienced a warm welcome and all of needs were catered for. We look forward to returning again in the future.

Hotel rooms are a little dated now. No tea of coffee available in room and no room service. Small pool was always dirty needs to be cleaned regularly. All staff very pleasant which made my stay very comfortable. Good choice of food for breakfast and dinner. Parking very expensive seeing as though there is free parking across the road.

Rude staff The staff needs to be sent on service minded training. Grumpier staff I haven’t seen in a long time. Further, they will not open a bottle for you and tell you it’s not allowed in a very bad way. They will not lend you glasses and again they will tell you that in a very rude way. Hotel was fantastic value for money from a facilities point of view. Room and spa brilliant but service and quality of food not good. Only visited the spa, but it's a great experience for a couple of hours of chill out at a very good rate. Remember a swimming cap, flip flops, a towel and your togs and you're good to go. The midweek rate is much better value than the weekend, so if you can, go off peak.

The room was pretty good, not far from the seaside, a very quiet place. Breakfast is okay, but sometimes dinner is not available. Without a car, it is not very convenient to go outside.

I have been visiting the spa every day as part of a five days wellness package. Christina's good English helped me navigate the details of the experience with good humour and care. She and her colleagues Maribel, Alfredo and Cielo provided professional, treatments to what i would consider a high standard with sensitivity. Together they make a good team. Was an absolutely lovely hotel,the room was amazing the bed was lovely I slept like a log. The spa was wonderful, the jacuzzi so nice and hot and the sauna and steamroom were both so lovely. The breakfast was really nice one of the best I've had for a long time. Would hands down recommend this hotel and the location was superb as everything a walking distance away.

I have stayed at the Hotel 525 around 10 times due to its convenient location. This was the worst stay of those 10 - shower had mould - room was not particularly clean; there was noise from above ( not the Hotel's fault ). Breakfast was good but that was about it. I doubt I will stay again.

Stayed here 6/7 times over the past few years. Great value for money, the staff are just the best especially Livio on the reception. Breakfast is good but can sometimes be quite cold.  The location is perfect for us, near the beach not as mad as the ***** but busy with Spanish families. We’ll be back very soon

Great sea views from balcony and living room

This hotel was convenient to Alicante airport. There was a good selection of shops and restaurants nearby. The breakfast was good, with a nice selection of fresh fruit and cold meats and cheeses. The cooked breakfast wasn’t hot but adequate. Staff on reception and restaurants were friendly and helpful. The bedroom was comfortable and spacious with everything you need.

Facilities: 9/10 Receptionists: 6/10. Two or three employees are unfriendly. The cleaning is terrible; they do it as quickly as they can, without realizing what really needs to be cleaned. You have to call the reception staff several times to get them to listen to your requests. Service from the other restaurant and bar staff: Excellent. 11/10. Everyone is very kind and professional.

The rooms are a bit dated but clean. Their spa facilities are very nice. Staff don't really speak English but very helpful and food is very good. The area is nice, beach is very close. Not many shops/restaurants around so we were happy we ve chosen full board. Would recommend it overall if you are looking for a few days to relax.

Good hotel and very clean. Perfect for the golf (not my cup of tea) but otherwise for kids it would be good. However there is nothing close so you need a car if you want to explore. Also the motorway is right outside and building work is going on down the road. Neither of these are the hotels fault.. I would stay here again when we visit the area next time.

I was a bit apprehensive when I seen a few reviews but honestly had the total opposite experience. Everyone was so lovely, our room was spotless and so spacious and the bar and amenities were great. Stayed there for one night on 2 occasions when my wife and I played in the Celts Xmas hamper competition at La Serena golf course opposite. Lovely place. Unfortunately it is closed this December 11th when we are playing again in the same competition. Great pity, not sure what we will do now!

The view was the best ever The front of house team exceeded all our expectations. They were professional and clearly enjoyed their job. They gave us a tip about a local drink and a local meat speciality for my husband and a vegetarian speciality for me!

We were staying as we were going to a concert at the Murcia Bullring. It was only a 10 minute walk which was very handy. It was also easily walkable into Murcia Centre. Hotel was very nice, clean and friendly and helpful staff. Would stay again.

Everything was great from the moment you walked in. The room was spacious and had a good buffet. The only downside was the smell in the bathroom. I don't know if it was just mine or a general smell. Otherwise, everything was great.

Spacious room with a comfortable bed, a spacious bathroom with a shower, friendly staff, and the waiter, Paquito, was professional and friendly.

Hotel without great luxuries, but with great comfort and services.
