This is not a bad review of the hotel as such, but the way this has been handled. Trip.com is not communicating properly. I informed them a long time ago I was NOT going to to stay at this hotel, due to the fact that my flight was cancelled. You have NOT acknowledged this, and keep sending stupid automated messages, I think the whole setup  has been appalling, and you’d better change your system.
How can I write a review if I wasn’t able to get there???

The amenities were excellent with a great breakfast with many options and very thoughtful hours for early travellers. The free shuttle that runs regularly to/from the airport (which is close) is a plus. This hotel is a great value for a quality stay.

The lady driving the shuttle bus was fantastic! We forgot an item on the luggage cart at Terminal 4. We realized it when we got to the hotel. We panicked, of course... she heard how upset we were, so this lovely driver quickly offered to go back. And against all odds, the items were still on the cart! Pure happiness!!! Thank you for the incredible service, we will definitely be back on our next trip. Regards: Eva & Göran Sundsvall :-).

Its a Perfect location only few km from Arlanda Airport , with free airport transport . Very affordable price , good and comfortable room, and a great breakfast buffet

Value for money stay. If you are considering to stay near Airport and you are tight on budget, this is definitely the stay you are looking at. With airport transfer 24/7 free of charge, makes travelling to the airport looks so much easier!

I chose this hotel because it offered airport transfers... but then I realized there was actually a hotel *inside* Arlanda Airport! If I had known, I definitely wouldn't have picked this one. The route turned out to be a much longer detour than I expected, too! The driver didn't help with my suitcases and was quite inconsiderate. When I tried to board the shuttle at the airport, I was asked if I was a guest. As I fumbled to show my booking confirmation, the driver quickly walked off and seemed ready to depart, which made me panic! This is hardly what I'd call attentive service... I suppose some people might not mind, but I certainly did.

The hotel is very close to the airport and offers a complimentary airport shuttle service. The breakfast was decent, and its early start time was perfect for guests with early morning flights.
