I spent my birthday at the Grand Resort Bad Ragaz and really enjoyed it. The hotel has a calm, elegant feel, and the spa is the highlight — beautiful design and very relaxing. Breakfast was also good, with plenty of fresh options. Overall, a great experience and a perfect place for a special occasion. I’d definitely come back

Short escape to Grand Resort Bad Ragaz for a weekend. We spent a wonderful time. Service was excellent and quality of food and beverage as well. Can only recommend the resort for to take a break, relax and unwind.

Overall, fantastic hotel and service. The Spa Facilities are grand and beautiful. The only minus was not all spa personnel did a genuine job. Didn't appreciate jet peel premium spa person (I felt short-handed with Nancy for quite an expensive service) as much as I appreciated Nicole (great!). Otherwise, brilliant environment, setting, hotel staff and rooms (thanks so much for an upgrade) - exceptional...

we had a great time in the hotel, the room is huge and well equipped, the staff is very minded to serve the visitors, the location is good and there are many good restaurants' inside and outside the hotel

I absolutely loved my stay at this hotel! The rooms were so cozy and the building was in impeccable condition. The location couldn't have been better, and the staff were fantastic. I have had an amazing stay of 2 nights in a paradise of peace and quietness, service and hospitality, friendliness and relaxation. Everything starting from welcome at the train station and up to the last minutes in the hotel were amazing, staff friendly, food gorgeous, SPA and therms relaxing, room huge and with best views on the mountains, atmosphere pleasant and nice. It was a short but very memorable...

Do not book the room with shower in the middle of it with a family of 5... otherwise, regular rooms are very nice! The staff was kind in helping us get a more suited room, but very strange to offer a room that sleeps 4 people yet has no privacy for a shower. Centrally located, but loud if there is something happening in the square.

Unforgettable stay Incredible hotel, service & location. I stayed an extra night!

The hotel is not in the city, it takes 40 minutes to drive to the city. There is a church next to it. The town is very quiet. There are several western restaurants downstairs at night. It is just that it is inconvenient to buy things in the supermarket because it closes very early. We went to the supermarket at around 7 o'clock and it was closed. The hotel is in the center of the town

Very nice hotel. Within walking distance from the train station and restaurants. The room was comfortable and well appointed. A unique feature was that in order to have electricity we had put the key card in a specific slot . The only time I've ever seen that was in Costa Rica. I guess it's their way to conserve energy.

The hotel is one of the best in BAD Ragaz. Friendly staff. Conveniently located to the thermal baths and the train station. The bus stop to the mountain is a couple of minutes from the hotel, free of charge. Breakfast with mustard. You can order additionally from the menu, but the regular breakfast was enough for me. Fruits and pastries are available all day. There is a coffee machine and a kettle...

The location is great, the subway station is right outside the door, and transportation is very convenient

The hotel is in a quiet location with free parking. At check in the host gave us a menu for the restaurant on site. He said to pick anything on the menu and he would cook it for us. We are so glad we took him up on his offer as the food was delicious. The breakfast buffet was really good too.

Nice small hotel This is a small hotel at the top edge of Bad Ragaz. It's quite charming in its way and we had a good week here - skiing. I would be happy to stay again. We only saw two staff/owners here - both were very welcoming and helpful - anything we asked they were only too happy to help. We asked for a few relatively simple things - an early breakfast on the last day to leave for a flight...

Very nice atmosphere, great two-story apartment for a family, large selection for breakfast and it is served all the time. I recommend!

Great room! Self catering This is a staff-free hotel. There's no shops/restaurants in the immediate vicinity, so I recommend getting a few bits in to cook an easy meal in the well equipped kitchenette. The rooms are hi-tech, spacious and very comfortable. Parking is free and plentiful, but did fill up in the evening. Maybe by locals? So, recommend getting there pre-5pm.

100% recommend if in the areas Very easy process to check-in. When the machine gave us only one card instead of the 2 asked, the on-call person was very responsive and friendly. The room was amazing, the Kitchenette perfect for our stay. There was water in the fridge, coffee and two apples. The bed was super comfy and shower great. Parking right in front of the facility made it also very easy and comfortable...

Great hotel. A little bit off the beaten path - but a short walk into town. The room was great - very quiet and clean. Would absolutely stay again.
