We went to 3 different safaris and we saw amazing things. When staying at the monetary we got a full tour of the bakery, animals and gardens. The sisters were very kind and helpful, they even made us rice pancakes because we are gluten free, even though they were not on the original breakfast menu. It was a fabulous experience, I would highly recommend it for any families or groups of friends looking to go on a safari trip and also stay somewhere nice.

We had a fantastic stay. The trips were excellent, well considered, and well organised. The accommodation was very clean and comfortable. The food was excellent. The staff were friendly and welcoming. We got a tour of the convent, on site bakery and the farm which included rabbits, ducks, hens, and vegetable gardens. - great cultural experience. The accommodation is quiet and peaceful. Ideal from all travellers including families. The staff fulfilled all our requests. I would recommend.

It was my second time at the monastery and the experience was still amazing. The location itself is unbeatable: 3min from the Ngorongoro park entrance. The place is so peaceful. I appreciated the kindness of the sisters, the lovely gardens and the cleanness of the rooms. We had 2 great nights of sleep. And the food was delicious! Thank you to sister Noelia for the warm welcome, to Johnson for organizing the safari and for answering all our needs and to Gerald for being such a professional guide and driver!

A very pleasant stay at the monastery near Ngorongoro crater. The monastery is located in a serene, quiet rural area. Gardens are nicely maintained. Staff is always there when you need them. Anton the cook prepared us tasty vegetarian dishes -Yam! Rooms and beds are clean, and we had hot water. WIFI compared with other places in the region is OK.

We had a wonderful stay at St Catherine's monastery. A very peaceful place and beautiful grounds. We enjoyed the guided walk around the gardens and saw the farm animals including newborn piglets! A delicious supper. The pumpkin soup was very tasty. The beds were comfortable. Thank you to sister Noella and her team. We appreciated all your care. This is a great location for a stay prior to or after visiting the Ngorongoro Conservation Area.

We spent 3 nights at the monastery, we were really pleased with the whole accomodation. The room is simple but offers very comfortable beds, private bathroom, equipped with mosquito nets. The nuns treated us with abundant meals, tasty and different every day. They were very friendly and supportive for any request. Nice living room with fire place available for all guests, with good wifi. Strategic position: very close to Ngorogoro entrance gate, and 1 hour away from Tarangire.

We had the best experience staying at this monastery, The rooms were spacious and clean and the landscapes were well maintained. The staff were great and took special care for us by cooking Indian dishes(Biriyani) and vegetarian food for our safari trip. Definitely recommend this place for a safe and comfortable stay.
