These guys evicted me since they re-booked my room while I was still there....I was surprised....this has never happened to me in a hotel in the country. Otherwise, nice hotel

The rooms are abit outdated especially the bathrooms. The food is very nice. Service is not that great... Location is very good. It's very close to the main road.

I recently dined at the Arc Hotel, and I have to say, the food was extremely disappointing. The quality was far below average, and it seemed like the kitchen didn't even know basic distinctions between dishes. I ordered Chilli Chicken Dry, but what arrived was a soggy, gravy-laden version that was nothing like what I expected. When I pointed this out, they seemed confused.
To make matters worse, I ordered a Kebab, but instead, they served me a bland chicken steak. No explanation, no apology—just a mix-up that ruined the meal entirely. It felt like they didn’t care about the quality or authenticity of their dishes.

a good place to stay on the way between Ruaha NP and Nyerere NP. We were her for 1 night. Classic hotel. Good food, good choise. breakfast not special. Bit outside the city of Morogoro, on the way to Kisaki (north entrance of Nyerere NP) A long, long waiting time for diner, 1,5 hour. Crew not friendly

Rooms are comfortable. AN EXCELLENT SHOWER. TV channels acceptable. A few news channels. Good enough for a business stay. Wifi was almost non-existent despite advertising high-speed wifi. ( which was my reason for choosing this hotel) Staff were friendly. Food was very average... I am told the pizza is good but the prices were ridiculous. Had some very dry chicken. I think I will look around Morogoro a bit more next time before deciding where to stay

From the moment I walked in, the inviting atmosphere and friendly staff made me feel right at home.🥰
I ordered the chicken pizza and it was nothing short of amazing. The crust was perfectly crispy,🤤yet soft enough to hold all the delicious toppings. The sauce was rich and flavorful, and they didn’t skimp on the cheese! Every bite was a delightful explosion of taste.🍕🍕🍕
The service was outstanding as well. The staff was attentive and knowledgeable, offering great recommendations from their menu. I also appreciated the cozy ambiance, making it a perfect spot for a casual dinner or a special occasion.

- Very friendly and helpful stuff, they help us immediately with all our questions - Super clean rooms with a fantastic few to the mountains - A great place to start hiking tours in the mountains and close to the downtown Morogoro - The food is fresh and delicious, great pizza and a absolutely fresh and wonderful smoothies 🤩 - Absolutely wonderful hotel we had an amazing time and not the first time 👍

A very special place to stay. All of the staff are excellent and cannot do enough for you. The food is wonderful as ever. Over the last 10 years we have stayed several times and it is like coming home. Many thanks to everyone at the Arc you are all amazing.

We had a group of 17 come through for a 4 day stay. The staff was fabulous. They catered to any needs we had, took our bags and carried them for us, cleaned our rooms daily, we had lunch and dinner there and it was absolutely fantastic. The grounds are beautiful with a mountain as a backdrop. My last day there I found flowers on my pillows. Their customer service was beyond my expectations. I recommend them anytime!! Thank you for going above and beyond to make our stay blessed and wonderful. God bless y'all 😍
