Pitiusas Beach Resort

Beautiful white sand beach, quiet, peaceful, not too many people, far from town, fair price, but air conditioning was not working properly

Beautiful location, and one of the last quiet places left on the island. Bungalows are average, but have aircon, and some have good sea view. There's a private beach, and you can paddle around in the kayak or do some snorkeling. Perfect place to relax and chill out, which is exactly what we were looking for. The private beach faces the most beautiful sunset (see pictures).

Nice place with cozy bungalows above air with amazing view and a hammock to sleep in on the balcony. Modern rooms though without ac as standard. Staff is good with a very nice boss who personally helped us arrange a boat trip even if it wasn't for his favour.

Located at Sunset Beach. Quite far away from the Walking Street. However, the beach here is private and you can just snorkel here. Many corals and fish. Affordable price. Room is quite basic but still ok.

We spent 10 days on Koh Lipe and enjoyed our stay at Pitiusas the most. We loved the private beach with beautiful corals and had a clean and simple room. Kip and her family are very friendly and helped us with our many special requests, like vegetarian breakfast or workout equipment. You can rent a kayak and snorkeling equipment for free and explore the small beaches to the west full of hermit crabs and other wildlife.

I think some people are not happy with the place because some parts of the resort need maintenance and it suffers from post-covid money problems like nearly everywhere. We only noticed some broken wooden planks on the way to the beach which we just stepped over. Our room was in perfect condition.

If you expect a luxury resort you are wrong here. But if you want to spend some slow and simple time with homestay-feeling Pitiusas is the perfect place.

Private beach with friendly staff. Room is equiped basic facility such as aircon and hot shower. Good enough for family short stay.
