WARNING: Don't go there! Even Agoda Customer Service told us it's a bad place!
No vayas allí! Ellos son mentirosos!
While the "resort" is located at the beach, the customer service is horrible. If u have a problem they will not help you. They even yelled at us and threw us out.
Whole story: we booked 2 rooms for 40k THB /1000 Euro, which is already overpriced for this resort. Unfortunately when we arrived at the evening we found out we made a mistake and booked the wrong dates. This is were the problems begun. The personnel didn't even try to help us find a room for the night, they just sayed "use agoda" (remember we are still customers and payed a lot of money). Thankfully another hotel helped us for free and got us rooms, even arranged transport.
When we asked kaixolipe about a partial refund (we cancelled 7 days in advance) they LIED to us saying they won't get money from agoda because we cancelled. We later talked to agoda and found out that they indeed get the full 40k and even can get new customers bringing in even more money. Agoda tried to talk to the resort to negotiate but it didn't work. Even Agoda told us it's a bad place.
When we went back to the resort after a few days to ask why they were lying to us the Manager (Spanish, speaks bad English) told us he doesn't care and it's our problem. When confronted with their bad customer service and lying personnel his Thai wife got angry, screamed and even threw us out. Remember: we are paying customers.
Right now we are speechless and just want to warn all of you guys, don't book there. Stay as far away as possible.

The best spanish homemade food. Paella's, grilled meat and seefood, and amazing desserts. Really nice place to chill with all the spanish balearic esence. The place to be!

Stayed here for 4 nights and met my expectations on this. I got this for a discounted rate of $50/night.
The bungalow and attached bathroom was clean and well maintained with shower and a water heater. As described, I got a fan room which was more than enough to keep cool in Jan.
This place is right on the beach surrounded by some foliage, so expect a few insects and the occasional rodent scampering around.
Don't expect a sterilized environment!
The staff who worked were very friendly and helpful.
If you're looking for a place with basic facilities yet comfortable, I recommend this place.

We stayed one week, ideal for backpackers not looking for too much luxury, just to the beach. Amazing stay, we'll come back defenitely. Best stay on our 6 weeks trip. One little downpoint is the bad wifi, but who cares about wifi on a paradise like this?...

5 star camping. When we arrived the staff informed us that there was a mistake and they overbooked. They shipped us via tuk tuk to another hotel (upgrade!) for our first night at no cost to us. Very friendly staff...on a beautiful beach with awesome snorkeling 100m from the hotel. Just remember, use the bug netting and no food garbage inside the room or you will get a visit from small night visitors!! ;)

Rooms are quaint clean and quirky. Front is right on the beach but only one accommodation overlooks the front. The rest of rooms are down a narrow alley.
As for the service, hospitality and booking system forget it. I arrived yesterday said I wanted to stay for 4 days paid for 1 and decided to pay the remaining 3 an hour later only to be told they were fully booked and I had to check out next day!
There is also no restaurant and you can't even buy a drink of water!
Rubbish reort will not use again
