The room itself isn't bad. Clean, spacious and good value for what you pay. However, the bathrooms are in really bad condition and poorly built. Showering gets the entire floor and toilet wet. It's rusty and the drains were clogged. The toilet paper holder is miles away from the toilet. A lot of it didn't make sense. Anyway, that aside, I would give the place a higher score.

I frequently stay here when I'm working in the Min Buri area; it's become my go-to place. While the entrance might be a little tucked away, the hotel is spotless, the beds are soft, and the air conditioning gets wonderfully cold. Plus, there's a cafe downstairs for when you wake up.

For this price, it genuinely exceeded my expectations. That said, don't come in with sky-high expectations, but it definitely delivers good value for money.

Quick and fuss free check in. I like the spacious room and used the microwave to heat up my food for lunch. Fridge was okay. Showerhead holder was loose and i've got to bend my head to shower under it at an angle. It's not a super hotel but great if you need a quiet space to rest. Although the duck farm next door will be abit noisy around 5pm.

I booked the room around 11 PM because I needed a place to shower and rest for a few hours before an early morning appointment. Room 313 had no hot water, and the mat by the bathroom door was covered in hair and dirty footprints. Plus, one side of the balcony's glass door couldn't be locked. Good Place I Like I Like It's on Soi 23 there is a fuel station marking the turn, The host Paul is great, he speaks English well and he has travelled in many countries. He loves telling his stories and helping you on your journey. There is a cleaning lady that cleans your room every day, she's very good!! I recommend to everyone as it is a great place!

It's very close to Suvarnabhumi Airport, a taxi ride only costs about 30 RMB. There's a 7-Eleven and some rural roadside stalls nearby. It's really only suitable for a temporary stay, barely acceptable as a place to crash for a night.

They forgot to refund my deposit, and they're told me that i have to go back to pick it up myself. The hotel is so irresponsible.

The place has a lot of broken furniture. The aircon draining in the bathroom, making it very wet. The place is okay for budget travel, but the location is far from the touristy spots, but it is near the airport just to have some rest before travelling to other destination hotels.
