Kettle smelling like food has been cooked in it.
Hot water in shower barely warm.
Restaurant only opened for breakfast,no room service.
Shower tray filled with water slow to drain.
Booked for 3 nights..... stayed there 1 night.

An old hotel which been through renovation. Refurbished interior with aged furniture did not blend well together. Walkway was not well lighted during daytime. Bed was fine and clean.
Gym and swimming pool were in a hidden corner of the premises. A little stuffy.
Plenty space for carpark.
The only strength I can see is quietness.

Had a wonderful stay at The Buritel Hotel! The rooms were very clean, spacious, and well-equipped with all necessary amenities. The washroom was spotless as well. The food was good—though the breakfast options were a bit limited, everything served was tasty. The hotel also offers great facilities like a spa, pool, and gym, which added to the overall experience. Definitely recommended!

I stayed at this hotel unfortunately, my experience was disappointing. First of all, the elevator wasn't working properly during my entire stay, which was very inconvenient. On top of that, there was bird poo on the balcony that was never cleaned - it was honestly quite disgusting. To make things worse, on some mornings there was maintenance work going on, and the noise made it really uncomfortable to relax. Overall, I expected a much better experience and wouldn't recommend this hotel based on what I experienced.

I stayed at this hotel for a week, and while there were a couple of positives, my overall experience wasn’t great. The gym was well-equipped and definitely a nice bonus, and having on-site parking available made things more convenient.

However, the Wi-Fi was a major letdown – I couldn’t get it to work properly on my phone throughout my entire stay, which was really frustrating. On top of that, there was loud maintenance work happening in the mornings, making it hard to relax or get proper rest. While the gym and parking were appreciated, the lack of reliable internet and the noise issues seriously impacted my stay.
