While the hotel is getting old and the road noise was quite loud, the room was clean and the staff did their job well. Breakfast was also good!

I stayed at the hotel for about two weeks. For a budget hotel, I would say the price and services are reasonable. The hotel location is near to the Thai - Myanmar border, bazaar and night market.

Overall it's good, but the room looks a bit old. The location looks close to everything. There's also breakfast provided.

Location is rather good, near the market, and quite close to the checkpoint

Very nice place. Affordable rooms and good service. They have a super nice big swimming pool with amazing Mountain View. The rooms are spacious .

Only went for swimming. Nice pool with stunning views.

500 THB per night. Large room. Decent mattress. Fridge, hot water. Big bathroom. Quiet, nice view. Cleanliness could be improved a little but again: 500 THB, very good value for money.

We arrived late, they checked us in very quick and didn't let us carry nothing' in the beginning we had a Wi-Fi problem in the room, so they upgraded us to a better room in the front row with the view to the mountains. If you come here to work keep in mind this is a very quiet place the internet is very strong. They also gave us two bikes so itll be easier to go around the village. Very helpful staff...

Ban Naam Resort

If you come with friends or a family, they provide a room with 3 to 5 members of capacity. It has also a big dorm with more than 20 people in one room. The rate is around 800 baht (32 dollar) per night per normal room (2 people).

Had a great time. Friendly staff. Owner speaks English. Great location. Relaxing atmosphere and great fishing. Fish are small, but never a boring moment while catching. Restaurant Thai. Good food and rooms are good. Area is clean. Worth the trip.

It's an attractive location with the nongs `lakes` and mountain backdrop. The deluxe room we had was spacious. WiFi didn't reach our initial room but we moved and it was fine. However the room was very musty smelled stale. The fittings were poor. I accidentally left the hot shower on all night as the valve did not close easily. There was no upper sheet for the moderately hard bed. No coffee when...

Nice and cosy garden. Good service. Brilliant view.

Overall is good especially the garden and rice field. Love the water heater system. A slipper and a kettle in the room might be a little help for the cold. Internet service area is also limited.

Very nice environment. I like the farm behind the resort.

It’s pretty old. But the location is near several supermarkets and some bars behind.

An old hotel at an affordable price. Dated interiors, but still quite decent-looking. My room had a small fridge. Water heater was a bit inadequate, didn't heat well. Location is not too far from the Mae Sai bus station, about 15-20 minutes of fast walk, but getting downtown requires a Grab. Now the main cons: 1) The WiFi system is very dated, 1990s style, paper password slips, doesn't inspire confidence...

good place with mountain view , quiet , easy access to all in 10 min drive

Friends were not very happy, overall it is livable, the place is right on the border with Byanmar. They said that the water pressure was poor.

Old but renovated, complete service, but not soundproof because you can hear people in the next room talking.

The accommodation is spacious, looks good, is comfortable, but is not soundproof. Behind the hotel is a pub with loud concerts until late at night. However, the location of the hotel is very convenient.

Everything was good, but the room didn't have a power outlet by the bed. That was the only thing missing.

No fridge, kettle, hair dryer and very low amenities.

The room was a bit musty. The bed was awful; the springs were completely shot, and it creaked loudly with every turn. The shower pressure was very weak. However, the room was cheap, conveniently located near attractions, and there were plenty of food options nearby. Parking was also available.

The rooms are usable but the bathroom needs to be improved regarding the shower. Parking is easy to park.
