Ratchapreuk resort in kalasin is a hidden gem in Isaan, from the staff, manager, surrounding area and everything in between... It's one of my all time favorite places to stay when in kalasin... Rooms always nice, up-to-date, clean, and smells fresh, the owner who has several resorts and hotels around the kalasin are. Is a legend in housing guests , she's known for hiring only the best staff, and the manager she's has chosen to run this place is a living legend herself when it comes to customercare , she's always in a good mood , and she's so helpful, and smiling and with many years local experience, there's pretty much nothing she can't help with. All you have to do is ask.. it's definitely a recommendable place to stay, great great value for money. You won't regret staying here.

The room was old, the door was broken, the heater was broken, we had to use a dipper to bathe in a bucket, the toilet was broken, the curtains were 1000 years old, the resort looked like an abandoned house, the sink was black and moldy, there was no air conditioner remote, I didn't dare turn off the lights when I slept, I had to put a monk's image under my pillow, it was so creepy.
10 skulls, booked for 2 nights, only stayed for one night, shivers down my spine.

The only downside was that the water heater didn't work. And we had to bathe in icy water... Unfortunately (●´∀｀●) but the area with the view of the lake is very beautiful

It's beautiful, very cold, and very quiet. I want everyone to come visit here.

It was a very odd place. Nice view from the front. But when we went to leave in the morning and return the key no one was there couldnt get our key deposit back. So left the key outside the office.
Room was old, bathroom very dirty, room wasn't very clean.
Only good thing was it was super cheap

The light doesn't turn on. The water heater doesn't work. The air conditioner works very loudly when turned off.
