The room was spacious with a lot of usable space and it was clean, conveniently located near the market and walking street. However, the internet was slow and the breakfast was just okay. The staff provided good service.

The last time I was in Kamphaeng Phet I stayed at the Phet Hotel, however it turns out that closed down a long time ago, so I tried the Navarat Heritage Hotel. Very nice property. Clean and functional modern rooms. Comfortable beds and quiet. Unfortunately the water pressure in the shower was bad. Service is great and breakfast good for starting the day right.

It's an old hotel stuck in the 90's and it didn't age well. The Staff is very friendly and helpful. Worst wifi ever.

Nice staff, and a very good breakfast, but the hotels glory has faded. It looks cool, just needs to be gutted and rebuilt. I've stayed there several times and inertia will have me staying there in the future.

Good hotel but apart from the bar next to the hotel there is not alot to do at night as it seems most places close at around 9pm.daytime the historic park is a good place to see

Very reasonably priced, rooms clean and just renovated. Don't worry about the clubs music, you won't hear it from the room.

Just good for a quick night stop only. Towels are old and with stains. Staffs are friendly.

The accommodation is bungalow style, a bit dated but perfectly adequate plus the bathroom was a decent size with an allocated shower area. The breakfast is a basic Thai self service. The location is a bit away from the city centre so if you want to visit you will need to drive or get a taxi. Parking area is great. This is great value for the money you pay and was good for us as a quick stopover.

Clean, tidy, good lighting, not stuffy, cool air conditioning, normal water flow, hot water, breakfast is worth the price of the accommodation.

The staff can speak very good English. The place was nice and peaceful.

The surrounding gardens in top condition unfortunately the room was well below average, ants, mosquitoes limited powerpoints extension cord available. Bed creaked just sitting on it. Shower in bathtub, feel liked I was in a canoe & I was going to fall threw it with the noise it was making.plus shower head way to low

The hotel is in a very good location, in a quiet alley with ample parking spaces, suitable for self-driving. The room is clean and spacious, and the breakfast is simple. The overall environment of the hotel is beautiful, with a garden-style design and very Thai details. The bathtub is a bit high, so the elderly need to pay attention to safety when showering.

It is not a five star hotel. If it was you would pay allot more. However for the price I feel that is was a pleasant stay. The friendly staff keeps the property clean and tidy. Wifi worked fine and there were plenty of options on the grab app to have food delivered to my room. My daughter loved the pool. It might be a bit old, both in the bathroom and the TV. The remote control is not working, it has to be manually operated. Other appliances, the refrigerator, can be used, but I saw that there is a newer room, but I don't know why I got the old room.

Hotel was located near public park and Mae ping river, not far from old town and historical park. Room was very quit with comfort bed. Room amenities was enough to stay easier. Breakfast was serve in conventional set. It's ok.

An OK hotel right in the downtown of khempang phet. Not comparable to the hotels in the Bangkok, but of course it’s in the province, but definitely could have been better since it’s with a walking distance of a UNESCO World Heritage Site.

Slightly dated interiors in need of some refurbishment but, post covid this isn't so unexpected. Staff are very friendly and courteous and overall the rooms and facilities are equal to other more expensive locations.

Value for money you can’t do better.

The pictures posted on the app are very different from the real thing. It's old and dilapidated. The faucet is broken and hard to open. The chair's legs are old and the table paint is peeling. Fortunately, the hot water and the air conditioner are cool. The bed is okay.

Nearby Robinson lifestyle Mall and Big C supermarket, and not far away from wet market. Provide a simple breakfast, but it is good enough.

The room is quite old, especially the bathroom. It is not clean and there is black mold everywhere. However, the bed is usable and not sagging. It is suitable for a place to stay on the way back to Bangkok. Breakfast includes rice soup, rice with one dish and bread and coffee. It is considered reasonable for the price.

Crazy one who would not give five stars to this place! I had a wonderful stay, this place is wonderful, in the middle of tropical vegetation, with bird songs and gecko, the owners are lovely, clean room with air conditioning and private bathroom, so comfy, I definitely recommend staying here ❤️

Small hotel with a warm welcome with self made soy milk. The rooms are big and clean. Online booking does not provide breakfast but you can find your own breakfast from many restaurants. Good to stay here.

I wanted to sleep in, but I heard someone sweeping leaves in the morning. The fridge wasn't plugged in, and when I opened it, there was a musty smell. Overall, it was okay.
