I very much enjoyed my stay. The property is lovely with gardens, flowers, trees, and several inviting outdoor common spaces. My room was comfortable and very clean. The owner is delightful. She shared Thai coffee and oolong tea with me in the morning helping to make my stay memorable.

Location is convenient with shops and food nearby. Rooms are clean, everything works as expected and there are nice seating and tables in the common areas. The host is lovely, speaks English and will chat you up if you like!

Well located, a warm welcome in this budget accommodation. Rooms are clean, airy and with some good views. Beds are Thai firm! Rooms have air con and fridge. Would certainly stay again passing if I am passing this way again

Booked just one night at this hotel in a Deluxe Balcony King room. Check in was quick and easy, with a 500 baht key deposit. Room was spacious and reasonably well appointed, with a king bed (a little bit too hard for me), desk, wardrobe, kettle, and fridge. Balcony from the 2nd floor looked at the river. Love the place, very nice and clean room. Pretty close to all the tourist attractions. The cafe in front of the resort (Family T.) also serves very delicious drink mixes. Don't miss!

It is nice! But right next to the streeet going to the Mointain it can be loud, special for noise sensitive people like me!

Location is nice as you will have a panorama over the mountains. The facility is near the small road with sufficient trafic. The staff is friendly and the owner has german nationalty.
