Good location and environment. River view at high floor and roof top.
The hotel is quite old and the bed is very hard. :(
Unfortunately, everything turned out to be a bit run down!
The bathroom was an absolute disaster considering the location, sorry, that's not possible.
The view, on the other hand, was unbelievably beautiful!
The pool is a disgrace
Our balcony had three air-conditioning units on it making it impossible to utilise it.
We had a free breakfast with our room purchase.
The food wasn't fit for an animal.
The dining area was absolutely filthy.
The workers in the dining room were inexperienced.
No clean plates and no cutlery available.
The television in our room didn't work.
The air-conditioner needs serious maintenance, set on 16 degrees felt like 26.
Nails in floorboard were exposed which my wife cut her foot on.
Toilet didn't flush properly.
Spend your money elsewhere.
A terrible place to stay.
