Great little off the road lodge in the bushes.
The rooms are all modest and have Aircon. The TVs are a little dated but all work. The owner and his wife take shifts in the reception so it is manned 24/7.
The rooms are normally 500b a night and they usually have a room available. (Can be busy around graduation time.)
There's not much in the way of breakfast but it's not far from SUT Gate 1 so there's options nearby.
It's not cheap but it does the job and they provide a reliable service! :D
