This was my second stay at the hotel, and overall it was a pleasant experience. The location is excellent—very convenient to get around and explore the area. The staff were friendly and provided good service throughout my stay. One downside is that the soundproofing in the room could be improved, as noise can be heard at times. Very cute, cozy and spacious hotel. Every room is practically by the pool with free snack provided throughout the day for guests. The breakfast was also very delicious served in humongous portions along side with a small buffet; for every weekend the hotel provides full buffet instead of preorder breakfast. The staff gives my key late when check in and does not seem to care much. (Doesn’t even say sorry) the hot water does not work.

It is dirty with fungus on the wall. The aircon is loud and not maintained at all. I unplugged the fridge because that was too loud too. When mentioned it didn't seem to interest them at all. It was really disgusting to stay there and I was afraid to become sick from the old aircon and fungus. The pool was green and tiles were broken where you could easily hurt yourself.

It's just a very cheap hotel, so you can't expect the world. The room is OK, everything you need for a short stay, small balcony, hot water, TV, but the internet is super slow. The staff are pretty unfriendly, but I don't want to go out to eat with them. There's free coffee, water and a little cake downstairs. The bars opposite can be annoying at night, but whatever. We really liked the Sino Mansion Hotel! Our room was a nice size with good air conditioning and a comfortable bed. Everything was very clean and the upper car parking was really convenient for taking our luggage in and out. The front desk staff were very friendly and made our check in and out very smooth.

The price/performance ratio was very good. Unfortunately, the category I booked didn't have a double room with a quiet mountain view, but only one facing the noisy street. So I opted for a twin room. About a 12-minute walk to the bus heading south.

Hidden away accomodation, sited on the bank of the local river fed by waterfalls upstream. Great atmosphere, well presented rooms with an ambient view. Chlorine treated pool as well as a pool supplied from the stream. Kayaks available for use on the river at no extra cost. Large Koi fish in a pond. Lots of shade and places to rest.

An green oasis in Ranong with friendly and hospitable staff! We were out in Ranong in the evening and forgot the time, so we couldn't find a taxi in the middle of the night which takes us back to the resort. After a phone call we were picked up by a member of the staff and were driven back to the resort in comfort. Thank you very much for that! Breakfast was great!

Wonderful location. A small brook skirts the property with a set of stairs leading down to it behind the property. Excellent service, magnificent and minimalistic landscaping made it a stunning stay. The rooms were a bit on the smaller side.

No bed bugs as we always check with our UV torch. The view is not great but not awful (close to the back of shops but also a beautiful view of the hill in front). Had a great 2 nights here. Bo is the perfect host. It's very rural but has all mod cons. Bo can arrange snorkeling trips to local islands which I did and was worth it. There is also a bar and restaurant serving great food and drink. Also has some free bicycles to borrow.
