The environment is beautiful, and the room is clean and tidy.

This resort is fantastic from the minute you arrive until the monent you check out. The staff is friendly and attentive and the room was in a bungalow over a lake. Many attractions in the area to see including an airplane coffee shop with rides for the children and other activities. Definitely a repeat visit is in my future.

I was unimpressed from the moment I arrived. I was left standing by the car, waiting indefinitely, for so long that I had to walk to the Lobby to ask about checking in. The car charging had an issue. I called, and the Lobby staff said they would call back. I waited and waited until I finally had to walk back to the car myself in the early evening, where I saw staff members sitting and standing around...
