Our room was facing west and was super-heated when we arrived, the air conditioner could still not bring the temperature to a comfortable 26-27° even after several hours. The refrigerator also struggled to cool down. The bed was hard and uncomfortable.
Although there is an elevator, it takes several steep stairs from the road to the elevator - not easily done with luggage.
Parking is very limited, and some spots have very low height clearance; a sedan just barely avoids scratching the roof, an SUV or pickup truck cannot fit at all.
Situated in a residential area, the hotel's surroundings lacked dining options, with only a small neighbourhood store nearby.
We only stayed one night and would not return when we pass through Trang again. Despite the affordable price of less than 500B per night, we found it difficult to label the experience as good value for money.
