Fundee 1 Mansion in Ubon Ratchathani City

Honestly been enjoying my stay here so far! I agree with some of the other comments that the rooms are a bit older and not renovated, but for a cheap price, i cant complain! The biggest reasons on why I give it a 5/5 is despite being older, it is very clean. Im on the first floor and have stayed a few weeks and there have been no pests at all. Also, the staff really are friendly in always asking if I want my room cleaned every few days as im staying for a while. They clean everything with like a sweep and even sheet change every few days. Also conveniently located near a big C across the street with a night market and mcdonalds. Theres a 7-11 thats about a 5 minute walk away. Very spacious room as well with a big desk and couch too. The bed also is comfortable enough with a topper. But yeah, really nice cleaning staff! You also get the like 2 glass bottles of water a day of course.

The hotel was clean and well-staffed, and it's right in the city center, within walking distance of a shopping mall and bus stop. Thank you!

We recently enjoyed a 3-day, 2-night stay at a budget hotel in Ubon Ratchatani and were pleasantly surprised by the overall experience. The hotel's location was fantastic – just a short walk from Ubon Square and Big C Supermarket, making it incredibly convenient for exploring the city and grabbing essentials.

The rooms were clean and comfortable, with all the basic amenities we needed. The staff were friendly and helpful, always ready with a smile and local tips. While not luxurious, the hotel offered excellent value for the price.

This hotel is inexpensive so this rating is based on expectations and reality. It is conveniently located near the bus station and a good sized shopping center across the main street. The main attractions and airport are about 15 minutes away by motorbike or taxi. The room has all the necessities like A/C, refrigerator, bathroom, and natural light. There are washing machines and a clothes dryer here, but I would recommend going to the shopping center to the self laundromat with modern machines, coin machine, detergent for 5 baht, and many places to sit and eventually fold your clothes. Worth the cost. Full disclosure: I came in by bus, will go east for a few days by bus/van, will come back by bus/van before leaving by airplane.
