The hotel looks quite warm and welcoming from the outside, with well-kept gardens and a clean, attractive space. Inside, however, the rooms appear old, with visible wall repairs, worn-out furniture, and not very clean duvets. The only things that were perfect in the room were the heating and the good water pressure. The room service came to clean our room, but they only took the pillowcases instead of replacing them and left the trash behind.
The heated pool has no loungers, only regular chairs, no towels, and you have to pay 25 DT for a towel.
As for the buffet, the selection of cheeses was disappointing, but the various rice dishes, couscous, and different sauces were excellent. There were five of us at a table, and we wanted to take turns getting the tiny cups of soft drinks ourselves. It didn’t make any sense we had booked all-inclusive, but honestly, the service was not great.
The heated pool has no loungers, only regular chairs, no towels, and you have to pay 25 DT for a towel.

Despite the splendid view, we had a very bad restaurant experience. Food was below average. There is no variety. We had to wait for clean plates several times. There is a shortage of staff.
Added to that, rooms definitely need renovation. I can only recommend this hotel for the view and atmosphere.

I spent 8 days and in my opinion the hotel is so beautiful and so green with trees and so calme, the room was so clean but the air was so humid inside the room for those who wants some vibes and activities there's nothing to do much,the food is horrible no quality always the same thing without any taste no variety so bad and the most ironic is 4 stars hotel!! Guys everything in the hotel is 7/10 the food is -0/10.

A nice hotel, a stretch of sandy beach, 100 meters to the right—no rocks. Only the music blaring unbearably by the pool and in the bar, making it impossible to hold a conversation for long. The DJ doesn't respond.

The hotel benefits from a great location, which is definitely a plus. The swimming pools are enjoyable, although they tend to get a bit crowded at times.
The food menu offers a decent variety, but the quality of the food is not up to standard. Staff members are generally helpful and polite.
Unfortunately, the rooms are very dated and in need of serious renovation. Maintenance is poor, and although cleanliness is acceptable, the overall state of the amenities and the rooms leaves much to be desired.
This is not a four-star hotel by any means. Based on the condition and overall experience, it would be more accurately rated as a three-star hotel — or less.

Overall, I had a great experience with the Thabraca; staff was incredibly helpful, and the amenities were great. The room was wonderful, clean, and perfect to spend good a summer vacation.

This hotel is not far from the Tunisian - Algerian border. If you have children it is very child friendly. The staff are cordial and there is non stop entertainment. There are 2 big fresh water pools, one salt water pool and the sea to swim in. There are clay pro tennis courts and a live band on weekends. The food is non stop and fresh. They speak many languages. Rooms are clean. ANIMATION which is what they call the kids who get people to participate in the activities are lively and fun. Recommend going there after the kids go back to school in Sept. Other wise it is kind of crazy with a lot of kids running around. Very family friendly.

Typical All inclusive Ressort. Friendly staff. Meeting rooms are also available. Pool and sea side are very nice. Diving learning is offered also quad tours. Nice and clean rooms with climate equipment. WLAN not in all rooms available, you have to ask.
