Amazing hotel, excellent decor, large rooms and bathrooms, comfortable bed. Polite staff, ample parking spaces inside the hotel ground. Super close to everything.

Everything was good, the breakfast could be better

Wonderful location with good ambience. Pool was great on a hot day after driving. Room AC did not work and had to get a maintenance person to fix. Dinner was very mediocre, but breakfast was good. We had a lot of ants in our room which was an annoyance.

The hotel is located very close to Daqing Temple. It is a very distinctive hotel with a great swimming pool, rich breakfast and delicious food suitable for Chinese people. The front desk service is warm and there is an English-speaking receptionist.

There is no kettle in the room. They only provide 2 bottles of mineral water. The room is a bit old and wear out. We expect more comfortable hotel considering the price that we paid for. We were glad to be upgraded to a suite which was really nice. Thanks the manager ! The suite was spacious and clean with a patio viewing the swimming pool. The car park was spacious with a gate and security guard. staff were nice and friendly. Breakfast was good with variety of food. We were satisfied with our stay.

The hotel is located on the outskirts of Kairouan, and it takes a bit of walking to get to the city center. The hotel has a very good restaurant offering a large and varied buffet. Breakfast is also a buffet with everything you could want; you can even have an omelet freshly cooked to order. There is a pool and a bar. The price-performance ratio is very good.

Great hotel. They have been awarded a 4th star which they will officially receive soon. I think they totally deserve the 4 stars as the hotel is big, clean, has professional staff and is safe. Suite was big and pleasant. Probably the best hotel in Kairouan.

Amazing suite with character, style, and comfortable beds. We were greeted with Kairouan Makroudh and tea on the rooftop terrace. Our host was wonderful.

Room was traditional with beds in alcoves. Staff very helpful and gave a tour of the house. Breakfast was traditional and too much to eat it all.

The welcome was very friendly and we were given every assistance whenever we needed anything, even when buying a carpet ;-) What we didn't know beforehand was that this is a listed dar, which means that only limited structural alterations may be made. Heart & Soul The host have been more than friendly during our stay. We arrived late and were warmly welcomed. When we had an accident the Lady host was alway at our side, organizing everything and being with us in hospital all the time. This was fabulous and we could feel the warmth of this people.
