I have been coming for two years, I really thank the animator friends, especially Mr. İbrahim, he was very attentive and the entertaining animator team really entertained this hotel, we would like to thank the animator team again, hoping to come back next year, I thank the animation team again…

The resort is very beautiful...the food is excellent..the only drawback is the smell of dampness in the rooms

Foods are really amazing there were many types of meal. The sea was close to hotel that was important point. Hotel rooms are little bit dirty and smelled bad. Animation team was so enjoyable and happy all the time.

Quiet and beautiful place to stay, with exclusive beach, two swimming pools, well quality in foods and services. The only problem was distance from the city centre.

We had lovely time. Staff was so helpful. Hotel hygiene is very good and clean rooms, entertainment for kids was very good for adults not bad can be better. Food was very good they need to put little bit more options for kids. Only down side was beach we couldn’t use because of the rocks and stones.

nice place to take your family and relax, enjoyable pool area and clean beach, spa services were ok, breakfast is included but not much choice, lunch at the beach bar was decent but would recommend that you go out for dinner....worth spending a week there

The rooms are new and very clean. Breakfast was very nice. The staff is very polite. It's a little out of the way, but we stayed in February. It was important that it was clean and beautiful. The rooms have sea view. It was very enjoyable to have breakfast in the restaurant in front of Kızkalesi. Also, the breakfast options were nice.

It is one of the two hotels I prefer throughout Türkiye. Again, it did not disappoint us, service quality, hygiene, open buffet breakfast, pool and spa service, all price performance was very good. We took advantage of the opportunity to use many facilities in one day. The view and location are already magnificent. I think everyone should go and see and benefit from it at least once in their life....

It is a hotel that is a few years old. Due to the winter season, the number of staff may be insufficient, but the entire team is friendly and ready to help. The only drawback is that the road is not yet completed and it is difficult to reach a place within walking distance...

I did not go to the Ramada, which I had been to before, for another hotel experience, but escaped on the last day. I think it truly brings the corporate experience to life. I can clearly say that it is one of the most perfect hotels to go to in Mersin. I would like to thank Ms. Duru for her interest and concern. She took care of everything. In general, the variety of food in the hotel was limited, but the taste was good. It is an all-inclusive concept, but they charge for most things, for example, if you want a glass in the room, they ask for 50 TL for it. You want nuts, they want money. In general, we are satisfied. For me, hygiene is at the forefront, but it can be better, the deficiencies can be improved. Pretty nice hotel, we booked 3 beds room, since it was not available it got upgraded to a great sea view corner suit. The manager is friendly and speaks good English. Breakfasts and dinners were good.
