The Greenwood Hotel was generally good overall, as was its staff. The food was good and the atmosphere was pleasant. The cocktails weren't particularly good. More dessert options would have been appreciated. The furniture in the room was quite worn. The bath towels had holes. Cleanliness in some areas left something to be desired. It's a solid 3.5/5. Overall, decent for a short family stay.

The room is Huge, the cocktails are good, the aquapark is great, the food was good. Entertainment in the evening fantastic! We only didn't like the beach, the food was bad and the bar as well. And at the pools there was often a lot of trash standing around.

The hotel was stunning the pool was the biggest I have ever seen the only thing that let it down was the pool not being heated so was just way to cold to use such a shame ! The cleaning lady was just so lovely and my suite with hot tub was stunning

Didnt like the area its in - Room was smaller than expected. But clean and we enjoyed our stay. I do think front of house staff at reception need to be more friendlier - it puts a damper when you aren't met with friendly staff as your first impression. Not sure it's worth £90 a night but everything is extortionate in Turkey.

Nice hotel with limited functionality of my aircon. Worked for two hours and then auto switch off. Told staff, no cure. Air con was not able to lower room temp to comfy level but it was hot outside (41C). Elevators broke down several times during my week. They have a very nice atmosphere, and there were lots of amenities. The room was very nice and the staffs were diligent as well. I tried to figure out what was causing a smell from the toilet, ( guess it might just be our room) but they should check it out.

Excellent 5 star luxury. Location a bit in the middle and dangerous to walk but can get a taxi for a few pound .

Everything seemed newly refurbished and they even had mosquito nets on windows - which seems a rare feture in Turkey, though it is very necessary. Nice place for a quiet stay Very comfortable, quiet area. Nice for solo traveller wanting somewhere to focus without distractions. Only complaint is its a little out of the eay so for food, shopping its a 10-15 min walk each way. Owners were very polite, friendlky and accomodating

We booked here just for one night but immediately after arrived there, we decided to stay here for 3 more night because it's a warm, cosy environment, clean place with amazing balcony and Sinan as host is friendly and kind person. 20 min walk to public beach but remember it, maybe sound of airplane annoye you

The room wasn't very large, but it was very clean and tidy. The location was great, very close to the beach; it's just a few minutes' walk to the beach for walks, playing, and watching the sunset. It's also close to Duden Falls. Parking was convenient, right on the street outside. The service was attentive and responsive.

Excellent apartment! Very clean! Friendly staff. The only things that could be improved are the stovetop, which doesn't show the numbers when turned on, and the very uncomfortable sofa, but these didn't spoil the stay. Otherwise, everything was perfect! And this is the first time I've seen such cleanliness in Turkey! I'll definitely come back!

We stayed in a two-story duplex with a terrace for one night. We loved everything: it was clean, the staff was very friendly, and they helped with our luggage. It was clean, the bed was comfortable, and it was in a great location near the embankment for strolls.

The top floor room is very good. It is very close to the beach. There are several restaurants downstairs.

Great place to stay! The private breakfast is an amazing idea! They should take more care of there rooms, too many thinks does not work well, for this price only 3 stars. But you can stay there without worry about cleanness.

This is not a modern or upscale hotel. Its more like renting and apartment for the night. The rooms were spacious and clean. They even had a kitchen area. I would recommend this hotel for someone looking for an inexpensive place to stay.
