I had the unfortunate experience of staying at this hotel for barely two days, and I can confidently say it was one of the most unprofessional establishments I’ve ever encountered. Typically, hotel payments are either made upon check-in or by the standard noon checkout time. So imagine my surprise when, at 8 AM, as I sat down for breakfast, a staff member began shouting across the room demanding immediate payment and insisting we leave.

Despite the initial confusion, we attempted to understand the situation calmly. Unfortunately, the staff’s response was anything but calm. What followed was an embarrassing display of aggression and tantrums, including even staff like cleaners who aren't included were screaming staff members yelling, and one employee even smashing his phone on the floor—a level of behavior more fitting for a reality show than a hospitality business.

We did nothing to warrant this treatment. This wasn’t just poor service—it was a complete breakdown of professionalism and basic human decency.

I do not recommend this hotel to anyone unless you're looking for an early-morning shouting match and a live performance of hotel staff losing composure. As for payment, given the circumstances, we will leave that decision to the legal process. A lawsuit is being considered, and any financial resolution will be handled according to legal standards and our rights as paying guests.

To the management: if customer service was your goal, you missed it entirely—and quite loudly, too.

I stayed for 2 nights. A quiet, clean, well-serviced hotel close to bus stops and other amenities. The bed was a little uncomfortable, but there were no problems other than that. The breakfast was delicious and sufficient. A hotel I will choose to stay at on my next visit to Denizli. I would like to thank all the staff.

Absolutely exceptional. Staff is super friendly and helpful. Some speak English so was able to communicate with them. I stayed when I got my nose done and they were super attentive for anything I needed. Breakfast was also pretty good and fresh. Huysin was always super sweet, always asked if I wanted coffee. Definitely recommend !

This was the perfect hotel to recuperate after My daughter’s rhinoplasty. Comfortable, clean, friendly accommodating staff, and delicious fresh breakfast which was included. We walked to restaurants and grocery store as well.

Small but very nice hotel, modern, the rooms are cool decorated, confortable beds, the staff is very friendly. The food is tasty and very nice plated. I totally recommend it. ;)

The place is clean but as demanded. I booked my night through Booking.com and asked for a double bed non smoking room.

As usual they say it is not but could clearly smell it especially from the bathroom. The best was fine but really badly made. The bed sheets wear stuffed under the mattress, I could see holes too.

Customers did not reepspect the covid 19 precautions as wearing the mask and I had to ask the receptionist to wear one at my arrival.

Booking.com had 9.2 starts review. We honestly couldn’t understand why.
Reception guys don’t speak English. No internet at all! It just simply doesn’t work. we had to use our international internet to talk to him through google translate.
The corridors were smoky and stuffy.
Our bedsheets has hairs, we asked for clean bed sheets. AC was locked. After we asked the guy to turn it on in the middle of the night, it turned out to be dusty. So no AC. The open window saved us until drums and singing woke us up in the middle of the night (that was not the hotels fault) but the closed hotel window didn’t really help to keep the sound away.
The fridge didn’t work. Outlet worked, fridge no.
The only good thing we can compliment the hotel was a good shower with hot water and great pressure.

I do not recommend this place. The rating doesn’t correspond to reality

The rooms are well designed and clean. The staff is friendly. The biggest problem is the INTERNET. In my room I had no internet at all, at the lobby I was able to send WhatsApp messages but nothing more. My TV was also broken, kept turning on in the middle of the night.
