The Location is quite public transportation friendly and rooms are just on the edge of being ok. The shower could definitely a point for improvement. Breakfast: The worst part is the spoiled fruits, cheese and so on. The staff simply laugh upon giving feedback about food served and doesn’t seem to be bothered. They agree to keep our luggage after checkout but at our own risk ofcourse.
Good location, close to the bus station. Convenient for those who travel to Pamukkale. The rooms are large, the beds are comfortable, no problem with bedding. Although the equipment is not new, everything works. Among the disadvantages is the old smell from smoking guests. Very good restaurant, breakfast excellent. Reasonable price. Great staff! The hotel recommended for both business travel and tourism

Clean hotel with termal pool and tub It's located in city center. Restaurants and shopping options are in walking distance. Pamukkale travertine is 10 minutes drive. A couple of reading lamps would be great but overall we were happy to stay at this hotel.
The hotel was clean and comfortable. It was also good the local market was near by.
This hot spring hotel is a great value in every aspect, especially the hotel's hot spring swimming pool is very unique, and every room has a hot spring bathtub. This is a very ideal accommodation when you come to Pamukkale.

Good place to stay. I stay at Esin Otel for a couple weeks every year.
Nice room with a little balcony with a nice view (pictured), excellent housekeeping and nice breakfast buffet, comfortable beds, friendly and helpful staff
Was a good and cheap hotel,nothing to complain besides the ac's lid is a bid broken hence the air is just blowing straight to our face. Other than that its a budget hotel with everythibg you would expect and hope, recommended for cheap travels

This place is great for the motorcycle rider, park right outside, and very central to shops and restaurants

You park your car at the substation of the cable car and go up to the plateau with the cable car. It costs 20 TL per person for a round trip, right after the cable car, you go to the main place with free shuttles. You can also come with your bike, there is a separate fee for it. The landscape is an area that is not destroyed by people in a very beautiful clean nature. There is no entrance to the plateau...
Loved the bungalows. We stayed there for one night. And they were extremely cute, clean and spacious. The area around was beautiful as well with lots of fun activities like horse riding, pottery, archery and minigolf for just 20-25 TL each. I'd definitely recommend it for the perfect getaway.

We arrived at this lovely boutique Hotel and Efsa Karaca greeted us with wonderful Hospitality. Despite the fact that the staff does not speak English we managed to communicate well. We had both lunch and dinner in the hotel restaurant and received excellent service. We needed a late check out as our flight home was the late flight out of Denizli . Thank you so much for such a wonderful experience...
The hardware is ok and the bed is good. The occupancy rate is low, the location is very bad, surrounded by wasteland + industrial facilities. The dinner was good, the breakfast was a set meal but fried eggs were extra (190 lira), the service was very poor, there were no items in the room and there were bugs. Overall it is not recommended. The water was very limited, only two bottles were provided. Breakfast had very little food, but everything else was good. The hotel is very new.
The hotel hardware is okay and quite new. But management and service software way below standard. The reception guy who checked us in told us breakfast included but then we were charged when checking out. In fact he thought we should pay the room when checking in. I told him I had paid ******* already. The breakfast was the worst I had seen, and had to pay extra for an omelette.
Very satisfied. The room amenities were also excellent. This was the most satisfying hotel I stayed at during my 15-day trip to Türkiye.
This is a very lovely new building on the outskirts of a busy city. It is a perfect spot to break your journey.

Only some members of staff can speak English. AC doesn't work in room 114. Only window opened to a busy highway making noise and emissions. Also there is no liquid soap. Breakfast was mid, some days better than other. I would appreciate mashed eggs every day. All in all a pretty good hotel, at least the room was big and clean. Not bad
Very fine hotel. Quality furniture, very nice details with the șiir (poems) and the room named after poets. It is bit far from everything but îs really confortable, cozy and nice with a great vibe.
