We tried the restaurant. The food is great, especially the black sea whiting. It was delicious. The staff, their attention, the place, the live music were great. We were very pleased. Although it is difficult to provide such satisfaction in a small place, you provide it. We will come again, we recommend it highly.

This is a lovely location next to the Black Sea. The town is very friendly and has a great boardwalk.

Nice hotel right at the beach but the service is not professional at all. Though there are many people around it seems like only one of them is doing something. And don't eat at their restaurant. Overpriced and bad service.

The hotel is a place we have preferred before and has a nice location. It has been waiting for renovation for years but nothing has been done so far, it is as if it has been left to rot... We think everything from the furniture in the rooms to the linens used should be reviewed, I hope these are taken into consideration and it reaches its former performance.

The view was beautiful, calm and the rooms were clean, we were kept waiting for an hour at the first entrance, apart from that, the breakfast was just as good, I recommend it.

We really haven't stayed in such a wonderful place for a long time. My wife and I were very impressed with the view, the atmosphere and the staff. We left the hotel happily, saying that if we go to Akçakoca again, we will stay here again.

the hotel rooms are 5/10. thats good they have a parking. the room, bathroom and beds were not clean enough i would rate it 3/10. the breakfast is just jams and cheese with bread. considering the price you pay per night it's what you should expect. the location is very good though 👍

I’ve stayed there for a week and I left the hotel really satisfied. The service and the rooms were both excellent. It’s a good choice especially if you travel with big groups.

The hotel is located close to the bus station and close to the city centre (short 10 min walk). It has their own parking lot. Rooms are super clean and confort. Restaurant has a nice terrace and food is delicious. All ther stuff are friendly and kind. They help you with bags and answer all your questions politely.

Old fashioned hotel, equipped with sauna, swimming pool, restaurant, massage point. Restaurant deserves a lot for dinner, meat tends to be on the well done side. Impeccable service by waiters, laundry significantly cheap but honest and fast.

this hotel was in a great location, just a few minutes walk to the city center. right under the hotel is a migros. and 1 minute walk away was a local supermarket, butcher, baklava shops etc. the service was efficient and everyone was friendly. we ate dinner here and also had breakfast buffet. food was... meh. the ramada tekstilkent breakfast buffet was far superior. but the hotel was great overall

The rooms look like new and the showers and toilet were spotless, these are very important subjects to me and my family and I guess to many people also. We stayed for one day; the rooms weren't as new as described, but they were great value for money. There were no problems with hot water or heating, which is crucial in winter. In terms of price performance, you can stay at a reasonable price, the staff is friendly and you can buy tea and coffee all the time. On the negative side, I could not sleep very comfortably because I smelled the smell of the guests who stayed at the hotel before in the permanent materials on the beds. I have not tried the spa. The rooms are not sound proof so you can be woken up in the middle of the night. I gave service 2 because staff are laid back. This was the first hotel i ever stayed in where i had to ask for my roon to be cleaed.

No fine details were considered in cleaning, no diet sugar for diabetics, we requested room cleaning but the cleaning was done half-assed, missing items were not completed (soap), we could not connect to the Wi-Fi in the room because the reception did not enter the room number into the system.

The location is close to the highway and shopping mall, the cleanliness is very good, and the breakfast is superb, but they need to change the room freshener they spray in the hotel corridor; it has a very bad smell.

The choice of transition between Kappa and Istanbul is neither good nor bad. The breakfast is ok, at least it is hot to eat, but the cardboard box in the room is empty.
