One star for the very friendly owner and the staff in general. They are super friendly and helpful.
Second star is for the delicious breakfast and the free çai provided during our stay.
But the room where we stayed (it was the economical room) was quite bad. The sheets were cleaned but the rest wasn’t clean. The owner warned us beforehand about how small the room was, but he didn’t mentioned about the poor condition of the room and this space in general. The room smells like humidity and the bathroom as well. The room is not in the main building. In my opinion this could be used more for a storage room. I believe in the current condition it should not be space for guests and definitely not for 450 turkish lira which is way too expensive. For 150 turkish lira more we could stay in a much better room.
This room needs a renovation ASAP.

Nice location in Amasya. But there is no AC (Air Conditioner) in rooms and in summer nights, you cannot sleep in that heat. The night is cool but in room it is not. Rooms were fine. The breakfast was not nice at all. They should work harder for this service.

Very central and at a 5 minute walking distance from the rock tombs and the museum. The atmosphere of the residence is magic (a true jump back in history) and the staff amazing. Very useful the parking lot, too. I'd recommend to anyone visiting Amasya

i had book my reservation via airbnb and made a full payment. Following day i recieved a message from the owner "there is an error on airbnb and there is no avaible room on the booked day" thats it. no apology no solution to offer, just a message via airbnb. well, phoned them to talk about the issue and they were so rude on the phone.
eventho its their own false otel didnt want to cancel reservation. i contacted to airbnb but they were so slow. since there is 24 hours window for free cancellation; i will have to cancel the reservation myown and i wont get the service free from airbnb.
