Nice hotel in Ardeshen. Very friendly and helpful staff. Tasty breakfast. Me and my family enjoy our stay in this hotel.

Was booked out yesterday but he went out of his way to call a lot of hotels in the area for us to check for a room. Thank you so much for your help!

A very nice place ( downtown). Very clean, towels have been changed every day. The food is super, the chef is such a charismatic person- cooking everything old style- housemade and taaaasty:-) The atmosphere is so ..like home :-) And the most wonderful thing..the staff is very very polite and careful. Gentlemen led by the greatest manager Mr Murat!

Food good taste , staff cooperative especially the owner, taste of food need to be improved especially the Ayran presentation of foods .. Price acceptable compared to the quality.

Sink is tilted and dripping water to the floor. Weak internet signal. Only give one key for room.

Lovely view next to the river… while dining in, we had our lunch here (we didn’t stay at the hotel). The only thing that bothered me is the table covers: it continuously flew over our food. 🫠

One of the very good hotels with good services and very clean. It's situated outside the town Trabzon among beautiful nature surrounded by very nice views. I love it so much.

cleaning was pretty good. the air conditioners were very clean and worked well, but... There is a big but here that if you stay on the 4th floor, the tour guests make so much noise that it's impossible not to wake up at 07:00...it is very likely that you will be disturbed by the creaking of chairs and tables. market is small place and hotel is in the centre. We stayed in the hotel for 2 nights and it was very nice. We would love to come back as a family. The hotel is very centrally located in Pazar, a town in the province of Rize. There are parking spaces directly at the hotel or in the immediate vicinity. The hotel has nice rooms. We got a room with a double bed and a single bed.

Not bad, just it is need a mini-shop.

Interior was nice and affordable price for the room, but the bathroom was not clean enough and this dissapointed me. Also, breakfast was not good, only cucember tomato, fries, cheese, coffe/ tea and some souces.

Hotel is very nice, it has not bad views, ther is not parking problem, breakfast is normal, BUT bathroom was now so clean. Therefore 3 star from 5!

The hotel rooms are excellent but the staff, restaurant are very rude. The food served was from a day before. Not alot of variety available.

The room is smaller than I imagined but its so much nicer. And its quieter than my last place I stayed

🚩What I like: The staff are very friendly and good. The location is very pleasant. 🚩The aspects I found missing: Rooms are small, no air conditioning, no fridge. When you take a shower in the bathroom, the water escapes and accumulates.

The room was nice with a pretty view. The food good, but it’s located on a main road so, our sleep kept getting disrupted with honking cars and barking dogs.

It has a beautiful location and view. Its corridors and stylish rooms filled with works of art offer the perfect accommodation experience. Everyone working is friendly and helpful. It is a recommendation.

It is not possible to find another hotel with this concept and design in the region. There is a very pleasant environment offered to us, intermingled with art and nature. I can definitely say that you feel yourself in another city or even in a country. Kübra Hanım, who met us there after our first reservation and provided endless support in all matters, is very sweet. I really don’t know where to start from..but my lovely beautiful in heart and soul Zeyneb the front desk woman always manages to make me feel like I’m home.. truly said she always welcomes me with her big smile that’s along with Mr. Erdinc who is a very well mannered man.. he called me and told me that he upgraded me and my friend to free breakfast and Zeyneb upgraded us to sea view rooms..the hotel...

I love this hotel because they make you feel like you’re home! I was welcomed by the front desk sweet nice lady Zeynep and general manager Mr. Murat küçük and Mr. Erdinç Misirli and was offered an upgrade !! They even called me to remind me ad my daughter of the breakfast time .,,they ask me about my day when I come back to the hotel and asked me if I wanted anything!! So helpful that they offered...

Good place to stay, room were clean but need to improve the service. Location is 10/10. Rafting Experience was amazing. Foods: Alabalık taste was great and Laz Böreği need to eat whenever visit this place.

The owners are very friendly, we got an incredibly delicious Turkish breakfast every morning. The rooms were very clean and beautiful. We received a very friendly welcome. We are very satisfied.

Beautiful bungalows, with an amazing view, great breakfast and the warmest and friendliest hosts! High enough up the mountain to get away from the road that follows the river (with so many shops and hotels),but also close enough to be convenient. Excellent find!

Absolutely love this stay! Located in the hilltop area, the place is very beautiful and peaceful. Excellent and warm service from the staff/owners and their cute friendly companions. Everything is perfect for us including the wonderful breakfast. The road up here is challenging but don't get discourage, it is definitely worth the trip! I am giving five stars because I do not give this score because of the unique view of the bungalow house, both as a business and its location. For those who have doubts, I can clearly say that it is definitely not a place you will regret when you come, it is a place you will admire if you are a nature lover. There is nothing in their breakfast, there is no 8 kinds of jam and fries, fresh bread, tea...

The bungalow is very beautiful and clean. The view is amazing. The service is fast and they are very friendly people. Also the food is delicious. I recommend visiting this place. It was a wonderful experience!

The look is magical But access to the site is tiring and the car park is at the top and the way down to the hut is very bad The owner is friendly and respectful, but the house has nothing but furniture No kitchen, no heater, and nothing. You have two plates, two spoons, and an empty refrigerator The water is brown in color, it seems to be from the river along without filtering it

Lovely rustic quiet place 😍☘️ But it is secluded, far from services, and the way to reach it is very difficult! + There is no air conditioner and the weather is hot
