My trip and stay was about 3 years ago, in 2019 August. Best location, nice hotel, spacious and comfortable room , friendly stuff ... everything was fine and clean except the floor of my room it was dusty in that time and the weakness of the wife's room.

The room we stayed was like a dungeon. Very old and not very clean. Staff were fantastic.

Unexpectedly high level of standards and services. Perfect everything. Shopping centre write next to, 5 min walk to the city centre. Highly recommended!

Compared to other springs, the open area is small, the road is very curved and distorted novigation does not show correctly

It is a beautiful place, 8 km away from the center, with plenty of oxygen, highland picnic areas and accommodation places are available.

We didn't stay, we went for breakfast. The view was beautiful, the breakfast was diverse and delicious, and the price was affordable. We liked the attention. The only problem is that the slopes are very steep. If you are a local, these are the roads you are used to, but if you are not from around here, you may have difficulty getting out.

This place is amazing. I recommend going here. The staff is really nice. The food is really good. The experience is great. Thank you for having us. Hope to come back here again.

Very beautiful view to the valley. Huge panoramic window in house, fireplace. Everything makes this place magic, romantic, authentic like from fairy tale.

No words to explain except that this is the most authentic place you may find on earth, owners are so nice, hospitable, polite, welcoming, always smiling, always explaining to you everything around in their jungle, their tea is self planted in their garden, their food is amazing and most of all the room is indescribable, it is built on a tree, only a tree and your room which makes it the best experience...

This place is simply wonderful! The cozy little cabin is absolutely unique and presents a sublime view over the entire valley, while you can lay in the most comfortable bed and enjoy the warmth of the fire of the wood oven! I will long remember this special experience! And the breakfast from the most generous and welcoming hosts was beyond delicious! Highly recommended!

Came here for lunch; secluded restaurant with a gorgeous view; delicious beef and lamb dishes; kind & quick service; decent prices; free wi-fi and parking; no fish on the menu;

Staffs are super eager for helping to customers. Prices especially for drink and delicious foods are affordable. Super clean rooms and view. Recommended. 10/10

We came to enjoy the view and have coffee and some dessert, we shocked as we found out cafe doesn’t serve any desserts. Alaskan Totem got my attention, peace of art. Great choice.

Enjoyed our stay in this hotel with great view and friendly team. We spent a night with w families, each with 3 kids; quite a family friendlu. Kids loved a bunk bed experience. I would like to thank Ahmet Bey for the hospitality and 24/7 care. Look forward to another stay in the future. Thann you!

Location is good, you can view city from above. Amazing check-in, fast and no problem, we were met at the gates, got keys and proceed to our rooms - my fastest check-in ever! Breakfast was good, tasty, enough amount of food. Rooms are nice, fresh, hot water in the shower. Staff was extremely helpful and polite, smiling and kind.

One of the best hotels in artvin , the place clean and the rooms has a beautiful stile and the restaurant was serving a delicious food , the stuff was great and so helpful and friendly specially ahmed , he took care of us and shared with us a wonderful places to visit , and a lot of advices , the place deserve every dollar u pay it .
