Great location – but room 103 stinks!
Warning: Room 103 stinks incredibly! The hotel knows about it but can't/won't do anything about it. We spent one night there because of its proximity to the beach. I would never have spent a second night in that room under any circumstances. Otherwise, the room was reasonably good. The beach, cafes, and discos are right outside the hotel.

The hotel's furnishings are very old, and the hotel is in need of renovation. The bathroom leaked water, and the floor was wet. Despite changing rooms, the problems could not be resolved. Therefore, we had to cut our stay short and move to another hotel.

The tiny room, the bathroom reeking of sewage, the complete lack of sound insulation preventing sleep due to morning cleaning noises – it has it all! Plus, they've disabled Google reviews, so I can't write one there. When I checked online, sea-view rooms were available, but when we arrived in Samsun, they were told they were fully booked. Furthermore, the architecture is completely different from a hotel; they've converted a residential apartment into a hotel.

The location of this hotel is superb. The rooms are standard, a little small but clean. The beds aren't that comfortable and neither are the pillows. There is air con, TV, big fridge and nice shower.
The reception staff are nice but the restaurant staff all look miserable and can't seem to help with any requests.
The breakfast is awful, avoid it all costs. Very oily and tiny portions. You are unable to choose anything they just bring you a plate of breakfast food.
I would suggest a great place just across the road called Orjin for food. Great food there and fab atmosphere 👌🏻
In all this hotel is a good stop off place just don't eat here.

A good, clean, simple hotel. If a problem occured, the stuff would immediate care to solve it. Especially as we were guest who spend the time there out of hotel season (it ended in September), all we need was there.
There is no restaurant in the hotel but you will find around the hotel enough variety of food; Yemeksepeti delivers to the hotel.

The hotel had everything you would need and exceeded my expectations.
Everything was perfect.
Firstly It was very clean and tidy. The bed was comfortable and there was plenty of space to spread out in the room.
The staff was very helpful and friendly.
The location of the hotel was great. It is right on the beach and has a breathtaking view.. It was located close to some great shopping and eating places as well.
Last but not least the pizza was delicious..yummy😋..

We stayed there for one night, the Otel was very nice, very clean with a beautiful view on the Black Sea.
The staff is very friendly and speaks English.
The food is delicious and their price is very reasonable for what they provide. It’s definitely a place I would go back again👌
