Good afternoon. I want to leave my review of this hotel to warn guests of unexpected surprises, which for some reason no one mentioned in the reviews and I have read the reviews, deceived, and booked four nights at this hotel. So, let’s start with the fact that the whole hotel is smoked, in the room can not be with closed windows, because through the ventilation there is a smell of cigarettes. The street is very noisy, therefore with an open window it was impossible to sleep. Before moving in, I asked Diana if there was smoking in the rooms, and she replied that no one smoked inside. The service on zero, when we asked to bring water to the room, then waited at least thirty minutes. After a sleepless night in the room, we left this hotel. The money for the remaining three nights was never returned. The only plus is clean in the room. Smokers can safely move in, it’s paradise for you. But not for families with children and non-smokers.

It was a great experience, nice and clean room and the stuff was very polite and helpful. Even though they didn't speak English fluently they were willing to help us at all times. They called a taxi for us to get to the airport and even kept our luggages for free after our checkout. All in all it was amazing and we recommend it if you ever find yourselves in Ordu,

To be an objective in my evaluation, it has been the worst hotel stay I've ever had despite I read the reviews. It was 3 midnight as we left the hotel due to uncomfortable room conditions. Firstly the room was smeling smoke badly. For non-smokers like us it is like a terrible experience. There was no trash in the room and you need to splash your trash around. The bed was an archaic one with lots of noises.
Anoher problem is about the noisy area as the windows even don't help you keeping you peaceful.
In a word, awful experience as I stay the night in camping area.

Clean and comfortable. Near to the centre. Wide terrace. Polite stuff and friendly atmosphere.Good breakfast.Own parking.

No idea how ppl can give this hotel less then 3 stars...

We booked in matter of minutes even tho all hotels we called before this one where full.
We got a room with functioning A/C, a comfy bed, a clean bathroom (with towels, hairdryer and soap) and a big enough fridge to cool our water for the next trip.

If you need to work from here, its also possible. The WIFI isnt super fast but good enough to work (coming from an software engineer) and stream your favorite netflix/yt video.

The breakfast was outstanding actually. They served everything and as much as we wanted.
The personnel was very friendly and helpful.

If you want a horrible hotel experience, i dont recommend this hotel as this was a very pleasant stay.

Without doubt one of the favorite hotels we stayed during our time in Ordu.We spent 4 days on vacation.Upon arrival we were warmly welcomed by the staff and general manager.The location of the hotel is quite close to the city center.As for the room,even tough being small, it was clean and comfortable.The breakfast was also very good, tough it was not buffet. Note, this is not a 4/5-star hotel or so, but the atmosphere was special. We had 4 great days.
