Nice, basic hotel to stay. Room was clean and complementaty water and mineral water welcome. Very nice breakfast. Staff helpful. Not all speak English, but there is also those who can and they offer their help. Aksaray is not city for tourist, but actually have around it interestesting places to visit; Cappadocia and Ihlara valley.

This place is like staying in a royal palace. Everything is superb quality from staff service to room furnitures and bedding.

This is a nice Hotel that is not located in a central location. However, we had a good experience, the rooms were comfortable and clean and the area was good, There are several restaurants and coffee places next to the hotel. It was a great place to spend the night on our road trip.

Great stay for business here at the Grand Altuntas Hotel. The hospitality was excellent. The food was good, and the rooms are nice. I also enjoyed the facilities including the gym. Special mention to Ahmet and Gahmze from the front desk who have been such great hosts to us. Will stay here again on my next trip to Aksaray!

It was absolutely amazing! I didn't know Turkey had these kind of hotels! The staff were very nice, they had pools, a gym, steam and sauna room, relaxing areas and my most favourite is the activity room when I told my parents that I was going to explore with my cousin we were somehow lost but one of the staff showed us around of what you can do here he was very nice I spent most of my time in the sauna...

First of all compliments to the staff. They were all very friendly and helpful. I wanted to suprise my girlfriend because of her birthday and they helped me perfectly. Best breakfast this holiday Able to store our bicycles inside securely. Comfortable and clean. Balcony helped dry out washing. Best breakfast in past two weeks of staying in hotels. Lots of home cooked things to eat. Close to good restaurants.

Central hotel, friendly staff, reasonable price, bedrooms need some maintenance eg hairdryer broken, toilet roll holder falls off wall, plug socket hanging out of wall. Noise from other guests in hallways can be easily heard. Rooms comfortable.

This is the second time we have stayed here because we liked this hotel in Aksaray. The price and quality of the hotel are good. Convenient location, pleasant room, delicious breakfast. I recommend this place for friends.

The decoration was really great and the variation of food was fabulous :D

The hotel was convenient, good location, 900 m to the bus station, staff was helpful solving any problems. Only one drawback was that it was quite loudly bc of a close location to a traffic road

Affordable place in the city centre. The staff is exceptional, very friendly and willing to help. Simple but good breakfast. Underground parking was safe. On the bad side noisy- as can be expected in the town centre. The cigarette-like smell in the room. Overall, good quality/price ratio.

Excellent customer service. I was very happy with the hotel in terms of cleanliness, service, politeness of the staff and breakfast. Overall, it was a great experience.

Kind staff, room ok. Noise till late (repair) Kind people, correct room. But there was work a floor above and passed 8pm! Should not be allowed with guests.
