Nice, basic hotel to stay. Room was clean and complementaty water and mineral water welcome. Very nice breakfast. Staff helpful. Not all speak English, but there is also those who can and they offer their help. Aksaray is not city for tourist, but actually have around it interestesting places to visit; Cappadocia and Ihlara valley.

Great stay for business here at the Grand Altuntas Hotel. The hospitality was excellent. The food was good, and the rooms are nice. I also enjoyed the facilities including the gym. Special mention to Ahmet and Gahmze from the front desk who have been such great hosts to us. Will stay here again on my next trip to Aksaray!

Perfect Hotel very clean and luxurious

It was absolutely amazing! I didn't know Turkey had these kind of hotels! The staff were very nice, they had pools, a gym, steam and sauna room, relaxing areas and my most favourite is the activity room when I told my parents that I was going to explore with my cousin we were somehow lost but one of the staff showed us around of what you can do here he was very nice I spent most of my time in the sauna...

First of all compliments to the staff. They were all very friendly and helpful. I wanted to suprise my girlfriend because of her birthday and they helped me perfectly. Spacious room with everything you need. Clean bathroom. The hotel also has underground parking available, which is very convenient. Friendly staff. Breakfast has a wide selection and is served on the top floor, so you have a view of the entire city.

We stayed in the hotel as family. Hotel is located on main road between Ankara and Adana, not so much far from Aksaray city center. Hotel is clean and everything looks new while style is old. I felt myself I am living back to 80s recalled my childhood times. Hotel looks authentic and staffs are helpful. Breakfast was adequate and tasty. We only ate in the restaurant. The food tasted great, service was perfect (but not much English), and very fast. For our light lunch we had tomato soup and green beans. The beans were surprisingly good. It came with a tasty salad and way more bread than we could eat.

This is a nice Hotel that is not located in a central location. However, we had a good experience, the rooms were comfortable and clean and the area was good, There are several restaurants and coffee places next to the hotel. It was a great place to spend the night on our road trip.

Central hotel, friendly staff, reasonable price, bedrooms need some maintenance eg hairdryer broken, toilet roll holder falls off wall, plug socket hanging out of wall. Noise from other guests in hallways can be easily heard. Rooms comfortable.

The hotel was convenient, good location, 900 m to the bus station, staff was helpful solving any problems. Only one drawback was that it was quite loudly bc of a close location to a traffic road
