Nice, basic hotel to stay. Room was clean and complementaty water and mineral water welcome. Very nice breakfast. Staff helpful. Not all speak English, but there is also those who can and they offer their help. Aksaray is not city for tourist, but actually have around it interestesting places to visit; Cappadocia and Ihlara valley.

This place is like staying in a royal palace. Everything is superb quality from staff service to room furnitures and bedding.

This is a nice Hotel that is not located in a central location. However, we had a good experience, the rooms were comfortable and clean and the area was good, There are several restaurants and coffee places next to the hotel. It was a great place to spend the night on our road trip.

Great stay for business here at the Grand Altuntas Hotel. The hospitality was excellent. The food was good, and the rooms are nice. I also enjoyed the facilities including the gym. Special mention to Ahmet and Gahmze from the front desk who have been such great hosts to us. Will stay here again on my next trip to Aksaray!

It was absolutely amazing! I didn't know Turkey had these kind of hotels! Best breakfast this holiday Able to store our bicycles inside securely. Comfortable and clean. Balcony helped dry out washing. Best breakfast in past two weeks of staying in hotels. Lots of home cooked things to eat. Close to good restaurants.

Central hotel, friendly staff, reasonable price, bedrooms need some maintenance eg hairdryer broken, toilet roll holder falls off wall, plug socket hanging out of wall. Noise from other guests in hallways can be easily heard. Rooms comfortable.

Hotel with a great view and a top location! The experience of a night in a cave is brilliant and unique and the dinner offered by the hotel served on the terrace with a panoramic view is brilliant. On the other hand, a little disappointment with the breakfast, which offered very little choice (not even coffee, etc.) and was not up to the rest of the services.

A business-hotel approach with very caring staff. We stayed in this mansion for our honeymoon vacation. The guide friend and other staff take care to keep the relevant person at the highest level. As for the rooms, we stayed in an arch room. The dates of each of the rooms were given by different names. They portrayed the past beautifully.

We stayed for 2 nights and we loved this hotel :) It feels like home because it is an old mansion. Cleanliness and service is also extremely good. Esma Hanım and Ergül Bey really work hard for customer satisfaction and they succeed. They are really friendly and very caring. Esma Hanım's kitchen is also very successful both in the evening and breakfast. It is on our list as a hotel we will choose next...

We had an unforgettable night in this hotel. The rooms are decorated very neatly and traditionally. Also the breakfast is surprisingly very substantial and delicious. The owner of the place Metin Bey is a very helpful and friendly. We was already very willing to assist us. In short, I highly recommend this place.

For accommodation of the staff involved in the book think nothing is a terrific place to hold it as Room service is very good, but why I put 4 stars the food is cold and it gets cold in the evening and in the morning bread fruit juice instead of buttermilk, etc to drink if offered, I believe it's a good location for that and I recommend it to everyone that it couldn't be .

Really friendly staff and quality food unique to their natural beauty with the head rest in a place where you can spend a nice holiday with your family.particular interest to do with the text I would like to thank the gentleman.

Good price, breakfast. Rooms are well designed, they are all made in cave. At the first time you can feel some discomphort because humidity inside of the rooms are very high. Hotel has terraces with great panorams to valley. See photos of this place.
