We had a wonderful time, everyone was very friendly and tried their best to help even though they didn't understand

We wer a little bit like aliens as people from Switzerland amongst all the people from Turkey, but everybody was very nice and friendly.

Hattusa vacation thermal’a gittik arkadaşlarla,sıpa alanı gayet güzel ve temizdi havuz gayet güzeldi, sıpa alanında ki görseller ver aydınlatmalar çok güzeldi, masaj konusunda da gayet başarılıydılar. Temizlik görevlisi Sevim Hanım be personeller gayet güler yüzlü ve ilgiliydiler. Herşey için teşekkürler.

Çatı restaurant Fatma hanım gayet ilgili ve güler yüzlüydü. Ayrıca mekanın manzarası da çok güzeldi. Yemekler lezzetli ve fiyatları uygundu. Bayram için gayet güzel bir tercih oldu. Tüm arkadaşlara tavsiye edeceğim bir yer.Her şey için Teşekkür ederiz

It is one of the very decent hotels to stay in Osmaniye. It is a place preferred by company employees and also preferred by families and groups. Calm, spacious, clean, smiling face, very good in price. Room cleaning, relevant staff, breakfast is excellent. I come every 3 months for work. My preference is KARACALAR Suit Hotel. I strongly recommend

A hotel where you feel at home, the rooms are beautiful. The reception lady's speech, interest, behavior is good. I came for business and it is one of the places I will come back to 👍🥰

The Hotel was clean and room large and cosy. Our room was immaculate, and the room temp stayed perfect thanks to the airconditioning. The staff was nice and helpful. Hotel have Very suitable, clean and good rooms. Each room have your own wi fi. HOTEL have Handicapped entrance and park area. Breakfast was good. Good vista is available with acceptable prices. Enjoy the live.

I am delighted to stay here as a guest.compartively it is a bit costly than other hotels especially if one is converting currency to PKR lol.The hotel is very clean with comfortable room and loved the bedding.Breakfast was fantastic.

Very clean hotel. There's a private car park and the receptionist was a very kind man. The hotel is clean and very nice to sleep. No noises at all. The drinks and snacks inside the room are payable. That's why i won't give 5 stars. İn every other hotels that İ stayed in Turkey and all around the world the room snacks and drinks are free.

It had all that you expect from a high-end hotel; - friendly staff, excellent food, comfortable spacious room and lovely pool. The only demerit was for the scratchy old towels and the stained, worn carpet in the room. Breakfast excellent but was way over the top with a selection of enormous amounts of food, including 10 different white cheeses!

I arrived in the evening after getting caught in persistent rain on a days bicycling trip. I was welcomed by an English speaking clerk and assisted with the baggage off my bike. I usually don't stay in five star hotels, but there weren't any options other than another hour of biking in a cold rain. I was pleasantly surprised at the $50 rate for a single room. This the first time in this place with my family in summer June 2014 staying 3 days in two rooms , it was very wonderful chance and excellent customer service with very beautiful places around the hotel

Now this is a first class Hotel, european style, staff extremely courteous and friendly, food in the restaurant excellent. If you can afforded this is the place to stay. I was there for 3 months.
