Clean and spacious room. Ample buffet breakfast and hotel dinning options in the evening are both great. It's truly a unique experience to stay there.

Great staff, clean and comfortable room, excellent food. Everything about this hotel was absolutely awesome. If you are looking for any excuse to come to this area of the world, this hotel is it. Do it, you wont regret it.

Room was amazing and the experience is priceless.

Built on top of Roman ruins, this is the most unique hotel I have ever stayed in. The architecture is in a class of its own.

Truly an exceptional experience. You are not just staying in a hotel here. You are on top of a world heritage site, in an incredible structure, built to accommodate this treasure, while giving a 5 star plus experience to its guests. Incredible archeology, food and super polite staff.

Friendly staff at reception and cafe. Housekeeping very attentive. The room service food is delicious. Overall a wonderful experience.

Hotel is good . Just Strange they don’t provide iron , but they request you to send your cloth to Cleaning , then charge you . Last time I was there A/C was not working well , we change room . Gym as I mentioned previously is noted its machine are not functioning properly and not maintaining it.

Gym was found old , equipped broken , Air-conditioning was poor condition.

The hotel is located in a remote area, far from the city center, and it is difficult to get a taxi. There are no restaurants nearby. The room is large, the breakfast is quite rich, and the service attitude is very good.

Because of the tragic earthquake, the surrounding of this hotel is in a rwally bad condition. The hotel ia in the middle of ruins. Though I could stay one night safely with hot shower (I really appreciate this), it is not easy to recommend to stay.

Waxwing Hotel

Although the city was decimated by two earthquakes within nine hours of each other, 2 1/2 years ago, the hotel was clean, with comfortable beds, excellent showers, air conditioning that worked, and a friendly helpful staff. The typical Turkish breakfast had about 40 items, very healthy and delicious. The town is rebuilding and this hotel was great.

Great hotel! Excellent hotel in the center of Antakya. The rooms are clean, the staff is polite, the breakfasts are great. I have been staying at this hotel every year for 8 years, the quality is always excellent. I will come again.

Better than any one the “5 star” hotels I’ve been to in Turkey. We arrived at 10pm and they still served us an extremely delicious meal. Clean and pleasant rooms.

Perfectly renovated and clean , the staff is very welcoming and attentive, even if not fluent in English. An oasis of comfort surrounded by the earthquake damages.

I marked the area as excellent not to do any injustice to the hotel. Antakya is demolished after the 2023 earthquake and the surrounding area is also damaged heavily. However the hotel offers excellent service and amenities under these harsh conditions.

Property is great. Buuldings around it are distroyed because of 2023 earthquake! It's a pitty that this beautiful historical town is damaged like that. Staff is helpful and great to work with. But language issue.

A wonderful oasis within the reconstruction zone. The hotel is newly renovated, renovated rooms, clean, lots of hot water, good WiFi included, a great Turkish breakfast, and a charming attached coffee shop with a full menu on par with Starbucks. Greatly recommend!

They do not have in house laundry like is says

Even though the room was not the level we paid and effect from earthquake 2023, the hotel welcomed us for 3 nights along with kind service. Thanks for Zeyneb for good breakfast and Norman for good bying us to the end. We love Hatay! Antakya forever!
