We rested with our child, we liked everything! The temperature of the pool is comfortable, the staff is friendly, the food is delicious!

We rested in the spa complex, the complex itself is not bad, but there are some nuances: the pool is cold, so you can't swim for a long time, the temperature in the establishment itself is also not pleasant, because it's cool, the water in the shower is sometimes cold, sometimes warm, it changes when it wants. However, you could have a rest! If it weren't for the terrible staff. The bathhouse attendant spent half a day lying on a sunbed near the clients, when a man got into the bath, he started shouting that water was pouring out of him and he would have to clean it, and in general there was a rude attitude towards people. However, this cannot be compared to the masseuse. This person ruined the whole evening and all the impressions of the vacation. I have never seen such a rude attitude. Evaluating people by their bodies is low and unprofessional, asking (even demanding) money in hand, and not through the cash register, insulting, making a fuss, and also after the massage my husband's back hurt all day that it was painful to even walk. She behaved as if we had not come to an institution where she provides services, but to her home and wanted something. I ask the administration to pay attention to this, because your staff spoils the whole impression and discourages the desire to return.

Didn't like it! They didn't warn that during the power outage in the city, there is no light or water in the rooms! The SPA on the second floor is not working (once the hammam was working), because of renovations?! They don't warn either! The soundproofing in the rooms is terrible, you can hear what the neighbors are talking about, and in room 9 either the generator for the pool is humming, or something else is humming when there is light. Breakfast - scrambled eggs from two eggs, cheap sausage and tea (when there is light). The room is clean, although the renovation is not the freshest. And the glued sheets of paper in the form of paintings that fell off, then in general... I DO NOT recommend it! 🤣😅 P. S. I specially added two photos with the "new" renovation and the spat-on wall above the sink. And the hammam did not work EXACTLY when the light WAS ON. And the administrator did not warn us that there would be no electricity or WATER during outages, and we did not ask at first, because when we arrived at the territory, we heard a working generator! The final conclusion is a public bathhouse without a powerful generator!

Horrible experience!
My friend and I visited the swimming pool at the Olimp spa complex (Uman) — and it was a real horror. The room smelled of chlorine. There were a lot of people, the water looked dirty, and they clearly don’t care about cleanliness.
The next day we both got sick — I have conjunctivitis, now I have to be treated and spend money on medicine.

The worst thing is that this is not the first time! I went swimming here as a child and was constantly sick with purulent tonsillitis after classes. Now history is repeating itself — I am simply shocked that nothing has changed in so many years.
It feels like there is a complete lack of control over the quality of water and sanitation.

I do not recommend it to anyone!
