Great place,
However, recently it became very pricey. Therefore, I'm giving 4 stars because by setting prices that high, you are also raising expectations. Staying for a week is now comparable to going to see to Austria. It is around €2000.
Food is great, facilities are great. Staff is great too. Nice beach, safe to leave your valuables on a beach. Also I ate a 700 gram leg of a lam, picture attached. Nice territory with a great landscaping work. Fresh air, it's nice to walk around the park.

You will have "great: experience, just until you are living in river 15 or 16, as soon as you will move to any number with class Lux, you will not be able to eat in restaurant, because table need to be booked 1 day you coming here sometimes. If you are not living in most expensive suite, you will not be able to order normal food in the room at all. Room service - very poor, be sure, that if you will order some food for a baby, you will receive just half in 50% of all cases, this about responsibility and quality of the provided services.

The prices are quite high, but the place is good. A wide range of leisure activities, you can enjoy canoe, boat, bike and horse riding. You need to book the spa in advance as there are many who wish. The restaurant is delicious, beautiful, prices are reasonable)

In a couple of hours, you can completely bypass the entire territory. The area is clean. Arriving and leaving the car, you can immediately feel the pine smell). There are kayaks, bike rental, hall and tennis courts, horses. If you want peace, then you can go to the cafe which is located by the river. Special thanks to the kitchen.

There are: rooms in two-storey buildings, separate houses for companies, river houses with terraces, a restaurant, a river bar, banquet halls (one with a stage) and a conference room. Also available: parking, football field, pin-pong tables, horseback riding, riding on catamarans and kayaks. For children there is a large playground and a rope park (the lower one for children and the upper one for adults, for the smallest - a play labyrinth. All of the above for a fee. The entrance to the far part of the complex is closed - the cottages are not finished yet, and the reception is also renovated. ..

Great complex. We celebrated our birthday, lived in a river cottage - very cozy, clean, quiet. The restaurant on site is good but does not accommodate a large number of people. It was not possible to ride horses, there was a constant queue. The river near the coast was not cleared of algae.

This place is really upscale and delightful. It is quite and clean here, anyone can find a place and activity just for himself.

EVERYTHING WRONG with this place. You pay 1000 UAH per person at the gate to buy a card (amount which you can spend inside). First surprise, they don't open the gate and you have to park and walk a kilometer to the beach (which is nothing special and the water full of algae). A security guard about 50 years old was watching us suspiciously for 3 hours on the beach, which felt very uncomfortable. Then, there is no service at the beach and you have to go to the restaurant. But to go there, you cannot enter from the terrace or the pool, you have to go around the buildings another kilometer. Then, you cannot even choose where you can sit and all tables are very close to each other, like in a cheap cafeteria. The food is average (overcooked pasta with very little duck. Bland fish). Was this Good Zone designed during communist times or was it supposed to be a jail, at first, I wonder...
