Unfortunately there is no separate cafe "Monroe" only the hotel, but the reviews are just about the cafe. Until this moment, I was sure that this is the most decent institution in our city BUT there are disappointments in life. I categorically do not advise anyone to deal with this institution, so as not to end up with a broken karyt. You come in early December and ask for New Year's parties, you are offered to book a table in the new club, which will open on the 25th. And of course you agree, make a reservation and calmly wait for the coveted date to celebrate the coming new year with the team. Then they call you to clarify the moments and talk about pre-order and prepayment, you ask to send the menu in order to decide, but they answer that the menu is not sent, you need to look at the site. Well, ok, it's not a problem, you confirm everything and come in a week, like a decent person, place an order and leave an advance payment, and as a very honest person, you warn that two out of five will not be able to come. You find out that the prices on the site are the same as last year, but you are not a scandal, but you treat with understanding and are ready to pay more. Everything seems to be good at your order, they take an advance payment for each guest, but after a couple of hours they call and report that three people are too few and someone will be put at the table for us. Shock, okay, all the same, we are already planning to agree. BUT in the evening they call again and say that the three of us cannot be planted, it is too few, although no one warned about the number of people. Nobody else calls - silence. As a result, you go there for two days in a row, but there is no one to talk to, there is no administrator in a cafe. Today it was with difficulty that I managed to talk on the phone and listen that she also has things to do at home and should not be constantly at work, somehow she didn’t want to. In general, our booked and paid table was given to other guests and we were simply pushed back the money. And we will be looking for a good cafe with adequate managers and administrators already in January, because for December, of course, everything is busy. Such disorganization and rudeness was not expected in any way, they were frequent guests, but this is in the past. I do not advise anyone to spoil their nerves and time for this institution.
