I liked everything very much! Quiet, peaceful place. Friendly and hospitable owner!!! The room is clean and tidy! We were pleasantly surprised by the New Year's gifts from the host. Here you can order breakfast, lunch or dinner (we were pleasantly surprised by the price). Everything is very tasty! You can prepare a barbecue, there is everything you need for this. We will definitely come again!!

Convenient and comfortable, you can warm up in the cold season even out of season (there is a convector), the only downsides are a short bed (if you are taller than 160 cm - your legs will stick out) and a narrow blanket (it is 1:1 in the size of the bed, which is not good for two ). Insanely sincere, pleasant and calm place for family holidays and distraction from everyday life. The kitchen is great! The owner of the estate will always tell you where it is better to go to see something interesting, and in the evening you can sit comfortably in the gazebo, listening to the burning of the river. I recommend!

Very nice and quiet place. A great vacation if you want to get away from the noisy city. Clean air, near the river. The house is clean and cozy. The mushrooms in the pizza weren't really white and weren't very tasty. Khachapuri is delicious and very large! We also ordered pita bread and it was also very tasty. Everything was brought still hot, even in cold weather...

Definitely a place to stay at, private parking, kids play area and swimming pool, great hosts!!

Arrived out of season, in mid-October, so apparently the room had some shortcomings, since we only spent one night, everything was not critical for us. In general, I liked how we will be in the area and maybe stop.

Great location, good hosts. Right next to Arkan Restaurant. But the navigator leads on. There is where to park the car and is located directly above the river. And the kitchen in Arkan is something special. I haven’t eaten so deliciously yet.
