Cozy, small boarding house. Very green. Rooms are good, clean. There is a swimming pool, but it is of course small. Near it is placed only 10 sun loungers. When everyone goes out during the day, the parrot has nowhere to land. In the cafe, the prices are average, the menu is simple, but everything is tasty and the portions are plentiful. There is a kitchen for self-catering. But she did not impress us - the dishes are old, not very clean. In general, there is room for improvement. The owners and their son are very friendly. There are no complaints about the boarding house. But the sea... It's a fiasco. There are a lot of jellyfish, the sea in this part of the arrow is very shallow, and everything is full of jellyfish, they are everywhere, both in the water and on the shore. They decompose and smell terrible. That is, it carries 200 meters from the sea. And a lot of birds - seagulls, cormorants. We never got into this passion even once. We went to Schastlivtsevo, where the sea is a bit better, but not ice either. Will we come here again? Hardly.

Everything is as in the photo, the place is good. Because of the jellyfish, you have to swim in the pool, since it is not bad here and there are not very many people. The base likes relative silence and tranquility, the children really like the pool and the playground. The room in the main photo (green house) has 2 beds and 1 bed, good air conditioning, a noisy refrigerator, a TV with a bunch of channels, a combined toilet with a shower, a pantry for things. Near the room on the street there is a table and plastic chairs for eating or enjoying the sea air. Near a good public beach, shop, amusement park. Very close to the dolphinarium and water park. On the territory of coffee, the girls cook very tasty, the prices are reasonable, sometimes we take portions with us in the refrigerator (we can’t cope). In general, for this money an awesome option.

Just returned from the base, went on vacation with children from Kyiv. Since we were looking not far from the sea and with a pool. It’s not realistic to go to the Sea of ​​​​Azov without a pool, especially if you are traveling from far away and don’t want your vacation to be covered (full of jellyfish, sea fleas), although there were jellyfish in the last two days, we were lucky.
I really liked the base, very cozy, comfortable, and most importantly, very "cool" kind hosts.
It is not for nothing that they say that the atmosphere all depends on the owners and what kind of spirit is laid down. Everything is made for people with soul.

Larisa is very cool, every evening the children ran to her, drew together, received prizes, there were parties. Vladimir is also a very kind, good person.

As for the room, I really liked the room, conder, TV, everything is clean, there is also a shared kitchen, with a good repair, a lot of different utensils (you don’t have to bring it with you), as well as a good kitchen (if you don’t want to cook), they cook deliciously, you can dine at the base, the prices for the bar and for lunch are acceptable.
We were very satisfied with our vacation, we recommend this guesthouse.
We wish Vladimir and Larisa, only good vacationers, that there would never be a downtime of rooms, let everything multiply for their kind heart.
