It is clean, has air conditioning and TV, quiet. The sea is across the road, all cafes and restaurants are nearby. At the end of the vacation, they ate at the hotel. Everything is filling and very tasty! I recommend!

Great location, wonderful staff, beautiful views, the sea a 30-second walk away. The city beach is 5 minutes away, a small market is nearby, and 10 minutes to ATB and the city market. There's a kitchen for cooking.

This is not a hotel, but simply furnished rooms for the price of a hotel. The rooms are not cleaned by themselves, you have to ask for it. They don’t change the linen, they don’t take out tea and they don’t bring water

Respect for non-cardboard walls. But there is no soundproofing of the doors at all, which reduces comfort to a minimum. The room is heated by air conditioning

When you check in, it's cold (outside the window is 0 degrees), because the air conditioner was not included in advance

We stayed here for over a week while working in Skadovsk, and we loved every moment of it. Great location, cozy interior, good food, friendly staff. Also, great view from penthouse on roof, and a refreshing swimming pool

An excellent budget hotel, half the price of larger beachfront boarding houses. There's a new large pool for adults, children, and a jacuzzi. Three two-story buildings are located near the road

Such a lovely stay, we were a big group staying and the manager couldn’t do enough for us. Made it as homely as possible. All of the staff are very friendly and a very nice place to stay.

A good boarding house, cozy, excellent living conditions, parking, rooms for every taste, with conditions in the room or on the floor, the owners (Anatoliy and Lyudmila) are polite, experienced, friendly, I give regular vacationers a good discount on the next visit! The hosts removed themselves from solving the problem, offering to ask smokers not to smoke in our presence (constant remarks and quarrels with other vacationers do not contribute to a good rest)

I chose through booking-com, I was looking for a quiet, comfortable place close to the sea. Expectations were justified on all 100! Cozy courtyard, helpful staff, no noise from the embankment

The hostess is friendly, they take for 5 or 10 days, such are the rules. Our room cost 700 UAH per day for two. The rooms are close, there is little space and noisy, you can hear everything
