Nice staff, clean rooms, all necessary equipment

We stayed here for over a week while working in Skadovsk, and we loved every moment of it. Great location, cozy interior, good food, friendly staff. Also, great view from penthouse on roof, and a refreshing swimming pool.

One of the nicer hotels in a well maintained, more friendly village. The roads to Skadovs'k are like Feodosia. Worthy of Landrover challenge trip

I liked it - not far from the beach, a small closed area. Heated pool. Breakfast is a choice of several dishes. The rooms are clean and tidy. Modern renovation. The administrators are polite and nice. I would like to clean more carefully on the balconies - there were cobwebs everywhere. No more comments

An excellent hotel for its price range. A spacious and cool room with air conditioning, a clean and serviceable shower stall, toiletries (shampoo, soap), a well-organized space with an unobtrusive design. Nice new hotel for 2020. The rooms are very clean and comfortable. There is a swimming pool on site with plenty of sun loungers. Right next to the pool there is an open and closed shower and toilet, a huge plus that you do not have to go to the room.
