We took the family room 413, a suite with a terrace at the end of July. Price - $220 per night. In short, complete horror. It's not even worth a fifth of your money. It's not for nothing that the rating on booking is 6/10. There is no housekeeping as such, towels are not changed, gel / shampoo is not given, pastels are not covered. Food is worse than in Soviet catering. Stinky cracklings for breakfast - it's a gesture! You can’t get to the pool, our collective farm throws its towels on all the sun loungers, apparently since the night, the staff doesn’t care, they don’t clean these towels, although there are no people. The TV does not work, there is no signal, you can’t put cartoons on your child. Wi-fi does not work anywhere, neither in the room nor in the territory. Upon arrival, they see that we have a large suitcase, a room on the 4th floor up the stairs, but no one even thought close to picking up the luggage and taking a tour of the territory. But they did not forget to offer to buy lunch and dinner. The ceiling is cracked. Forced to take extra food. Money, parking is extra money, they take extra money on their own beach. Bottom line - the owner does not care about the guests and the reputation of the hotel, a pure bubble collector!

A place frankly with an inflated opinion of itself! We rested with our family in the new building, the doors of each room open and close with such effort that the walls tremble! Sleeping in the afternoon is impossible. But the room itself is not even bad, everything is new, the room is spacious.
The downside is that they are required to take food, at least one meal per person per day. Frankly speaking, a dining room for a TWO, there is a lot of food, but there is simply no taste. You set the table yourself, BUT after that you also clean it yourself. At the same time, there is a waitress girl who sits on a chair and just watches! Excellent European level.
I don’t even want to remember about the toilet at the pool, everything around is in the urine, there is no soap, there is no paper.
Service "on the fly". I liked only the woman maid, she is cool!
Why did I give two stars? The area is very well maintained, green, beautiful. I also liked the room. That's where the positives end.
